Clean, quite, patio on the top and the guys up there were the best.
Front desk tries to look pretentious. Instead of concentrating on how to behave maybe they should focus more on what customer need. Prices at the restaurant are way too high.

Staff was very helpful. Room was bright and size was ample for a European city hotel. Lobby was very welcoming and comfortable with sparkling wine and sweets offered in the evening. Beds were very comfortable.

Great breakfast, excellent service, comfortable bed and beautiful interiors. I will definitely come back.
Some of the rooms are a bit too noisy from the streets, but the staff was very helpful in finding a better option.

Property was in a great location. The staff was awesome and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
The room was hot (not shocking in Europe) but their A/C didn’t really work and there was very little air movement in the room

The location is quiet and pleasant, yet conveniently close to the city centre. It’s only about half an hour from the Arco da Rua Augusta and the Monument to the Discoveries in Belém.
The coffee machine was not working properly.

Just an exceptionally beautiful boutique hotel. I loved all the special design elements and interior decorating. Very beautiful and relaxing.

Breakfast was great ! Wide selection of food and drink available . Rooftop bar also excellent in offering and staff service.
A “to go” breakfast would be a good idea for people in a rush to leave. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. We loved the rooftop patio and lobby (great snacks!). We were able to securely store our luggage when we went for an overnight stay in Évora which really helped us out. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lisbon.
