The staff were so friendly and accommodating- they went out of their way to bring us bottles of champagne and chocolate-dipped strawberries since they knew it was our honeymoon.
I was a little confused about parking- they say they have parking online but then in person we did street parking and fed the meter.

Everything was clean and beautiful.
The bed was comfortable the room was cozy .

We booked a superior room and when we arrived at the hotel the lady gave us the room
Unfortunately was a small room , not like in the picture also in front of our window was all the garbage containers

Wonderful
We loved the attention to detail and the little treats that the hotel treated us too. We also loved the boutique feel and the location. We mostly loved the patio upstairs with the amazing view and the opportunity to wind down after a long day of sightseeing.

Beautiful hotel with up to date rooms. Clean , great service . Always ready to help . Liked the little touches such as cookies , pastries and drink at the check in ; the prosecco in my room . The roof top bar was beautiful and enjoyable to take guests for a drink .Breakfast was superb with every option .
Location wasn't great for me as I needed to take a Bolt everywhere but to be fair , this was similar for other colleagues staying at other hotels in Lisbon . Won't deter me from staying here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Roof top bar and lobby bar great for a drink at the end of the day.

We loved the room and I particularly liked the Rituals toiletries and the powerful hair dryer. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with excellent choices and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We found entering the hotel initially confusing as the entrance wasn't obvious and the automatic doors didn't open immediately. The location was ok, not central but we knew that on booking. The highlight of our holiday was the stunning roof top bar with reasonably priced drinks.
The major disappointment was that the stunning roof top bar closed at 9pm which meant if we had been out in Lisbon for the evening, we couldn't come back to our hotel roof top bar and look at the stunning view. I was amazed that it closed so early as it is such a huge advantage of the hotel to have this view. I understand residents don't like late noise but 10pm, although still early, would have been much better and more reasonable.
