The terrace was beautiful, along with the rooms and the hotel in general.
Staff were always so friendly and helpful.
Condition of the rooms and hotel were very high and always extremely well kept.
And a nice easy location for getting around Lisbon.

Staff were outstanding, with a particular thanks to Nuno, who was always available to help and who went beyond the call of duty during the power outage.
Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast excellent, although cooked dishes could have been a bit warmer.
Although there was a coffee machine, a kettle in the room would be a helpful addition.

The prettiest little boutique hotel! Welcoming you with a glass of champagne and little sweets. This was our third stay at this hotel and we are pleased every time we are there! Every room has been exceptionally clean, comfortable and offered a uniqueness. We love the roof top bar, lobby sitting area and the breakfast is good too.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff that went out of their way to assist. Great location and greeted with sparkling wine and the famous custard tarts upon arrival. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Also loved that is a social enterprise partnership.

Comfortable room, bed, and charming interior. Breakfast was delicious.
Room amenity had few issues, hair dryer was a bit broken, drain stopper didn’t work, and we had to wait few days to get it fixed.
Drinking water in the room was not enough for two people. I thought for this quality of hotel can provide sufficient amount of drinking water. Roof top bar close a bit too early at 20:00.
