The common areas and room were beautiful and comfortable with a great view. Super clean. The location was great. Walking distance (or a short metro ride) to the main touristy area, but far enough away to be out of the fray. Good restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast coffee was from pods which my husband didn't like - but he's particular about his coffee. We found a good coffee place nearby.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel room and bathroom. Highly recommended.
Room with street view is very noisy in case window is left open in the night.

H10 duque de loule is definitely my best accommodation experience in Lisbon! It is located on a quiet street. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping shops. The supermarket is opposite. The subway station is nearby. The transportation is very convenient.
The hotel is beautiful, elegant and modern. All areas are very neat and clean. The room has everything you need. It is comfortable and quiet. The bed makes you sleep well until dawn.
The staff is kind and friendly and try their best to help your needs.
The kind of breakfast is good, delicious and fresh.

Excellent location. Sophisticated and well maintained. Staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating - can’t say enough nice things about the front desk staff and the hotel manager.
Garage - while daily rate was reasonable, it was smallest garage ever - fewer than 10 spots and very tight for maneuvering.
