The hotel was beautifully decorated and very very clean. The roof top bar was beautiful and really relaxing. Staff were exceptional and thought about all the little touches to make your stay feel extra special.
The room we given was right next to the bar and so when you open the door to the room there was always lots of people walking past and was noisy and didn’t have much privacy.

The hotel was centrally located with well maintained rooms and very friendly staff. The lemon water and sweet treats available every day was a lovely touch.

Everything was genuinely excellent, the staff deserve the highest praise, they even helped us sort out a restaurant reservation mistake which was not their responsibility. They also treated us to coffees from the bar. The location is fantastic, the openness and layout of the hotel are great, and the size of the room and bathroom is above average. The bed is extremely comfortable, and there is always a sweet delight waiting at reception. I honestly have no complaints, it is a 10 out of 10.

The rooms are spacious and have nice decoration. The location is ok . It isn’t in the old town but close to high end shops.
The breakfast in the property was very low quality. There was a variety of food but it wasn’t fresh. I have stayed in other H10 hotels but their breakfast was very good.

Some of the rooms are a bit too noisy from the streets, but the staff was very helpful in finding a better option.

Property was in a great location. The staff was awesome and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
The room was hot (not shocking in Europe) but their A/C didn’t really work and there was very little air movement in the room

The location is quiet and pleasant, yet conveniently close to the city centre. It’s only about half an hour from the Arco da Rua Augusta and the Monument to the Discoveries in Belém.

Just an exceptionally beautiful boutique hotel. I loved all the special design elements and interior decorating. Very beautiful and relaxing.
