The location and the cleanliness of the hotel.
A mistake by the hotel in claiming we were a “no show” and booking.com were going to charge 214 Euros. The breakfast room seemed to be under staffed. There is a good choice for breakfast but our hot breakfast was luke warm.

The staff were fantastic and the room was beautiful. The decor throughout the hotel was very in-keeping with the city with the tiled reception area. Very comfortable. Excellent attention to detail from the welcome drink to the bathroom provisions and the room's window seat with a view.
