Excellent location. Front desk was very helpful and the gentleman even packed us sandwich for bfast as we were in a hurry to join an early tour that day. I was skeptical bec of some reviews but we were staying in a private room so not affected. Atmosphere was friendly, bed was comfortable and be sure to use your earplugs.

Very social and easy to meet people. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options. They have daily events which is nice
The common area is small for the amount of people staying in this hostel. In the evenings they have music blasting and it’s tough to have a conversation. But it’s easier to socialize at breakfast when things are more calm. Receptionist was very fast paced on arrival. Services are good but they charge for everything

Great location, friendly staff, nice daily activities
Perfect for 18-25's partying like fraternity or sorority with little or no rules. Stayed 3 nights and checked out early after no sleep. Folks were being loud in rooms till 2-3am, returning drunk and not showering (horrible body odor), and sick dorm mates (active wet coughing). Most hostels I don't expect to sleep till after 1am but this one took the cake. Felt like I paid nearly $400 to stay at frat party dorm room. Plus got an email post-stay saying they are trying for high review scores and to send feedback directly to the hostel (versus posting I guess)

It was easy to navigate, the living room and the kitchen were always open and very accessible. The rooms had amazing views and beds were quite comfortable. Roomy showers.

One of my favorite hostels I’ve ever stayed that! Such a wonderful community feel. Family dinner was so tasty, and I appreciated how quiet it was at the night for those who decided on an early night.
One night, there was no hot water.

This was my first hostel experience, and I was blown away! Everything was so wonderful. From the breakfasts, to daily tours together, happy hour, dinner, and going out in the evening, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I met people from all over the world, and some people that lived just a town away from me! Though I travelled alone (and have many times in the past), it was a lovely experience to be alone with several other people. Can't wait to come back.

Really kind and welcoming staff. Always ensured there were activities and events to let people get together and mingle.
Absolutely one of the best breakfasts that's included as a part of the stay. All the showers and toilets were exceptionally clean.
Right at the heart of the city and you have a direct bus to/from airport literally from the front door .

I have been traveling solo for awhile now and have stayed at multiple hostels all around the world. This one is hands down the best hostel I have stayed at. Met so many friends and the hostel really makes an effort to provide you with opportunities to meet others. Not to mention the breakfast and dinners are so good. I will stay here again if
