Everything is wonderful here, from the owners to the rooms,the garden oasis, privacy and it's so very close to everything in Belém Lisbon.
There's nothing I would change, wonderful place, wonderful people.

It was located close to a lot of beautiful sites and close to the best pastry shop. We were also able to leave our luggage and tour around.

Bright and airy, but can close blinds electronically to block out the light. Big, comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and pillows. Excellent and quick hot water. Very modern bathroom.
The person who greeted us was not friendly and we could hear him talking on the ground floor even from our room upstairs. When the internet went out, it took him 4 hours before responding and getting it back on. (He said he didn't take his phone with him.) A dog next door barks loudly, including after 10pm. Lot of noise from closing of doors. Schoolyard is two doors down so you hear the kids there playing, but it's not too bad. The nightstands on either side of the bed were small even though there was plenty of room for bigger ones.

I loved our stay in Belém thanks to our awesome accommodations at the Geronimo House and our host George. It was located outside the main city of Lisbon but convienent to the main attractions in Belém, the river, restaurants and all public transportation. We could walk 5 minutes to the famous Pastel de Belém, The Monastery and the the Statue of the Discoverers. We were in a quiet little neighborhood where we felt right at home in George’s comfy home. Our rooms on the second floor had a balcony to look out on the backyard gardens and the river. George was a welcoming host and gave us many recommendations.
I was sorry we had to leave after 3 nights. We hope to come back.

The yard is amazing, based in a quite and cozy area. The room is cozy and clean. All other praise is to Jorge who greeted us: We met some challenges when we first arrived there that we lost one of our bags. It was so late but Jorge still accompied us and tried every way he could to help us. He can felt us anxiaty and upset, and showed his warm help. I really appreicated Jorge's help and he made me want to visit Portugal again. Thank you Jorge!

Location was amazing, close to local attractions. Walking distance to Belem tower and Vasco da Gama memorial. Great restaurants nearby. Castille de George a bit of a walk but duoable. Visited the Banksy Museum and club pilates Lisbon while there. Small refrigerator in room, microwave in hallway and coffee downstairs. Large rooms, comfortable beds, private bathrooms, great staff, responsive owners. Felt very safe there alone and in the neighborhood. Great garden area and authentic feel.
Hot tub not available for our stay. Laundry services not available on site but nearby,

Traditional Portuguese home and garden. Walking distance to sights and local restaurants/bars. Beautiful garden to relax in. Came in off season and was offered an upgraded room. Very comfortable, clean, and staff very accommodating!!
