Fire alarm went off early saturday morning- no one answered the emergency number despite multiple calls . When staff did arrive an hour later there was absolutely no acknowledgment, explanation or apology
No point in having an emergency number that is ignored

The location was excellent.
I wish there was a little more space for luggage. There was a large open cabinet that didn’t have a purpose it would be better to have something useful like a dresser or even shelves to put something on in its place.

Very central on a vibrant street, so it felt safe and secure as a solo female traveller. The unit was spacious and immaculate. My unit was at the back of the building, so it was completely quiet.
As others have described, the bathroom had a slight odour as other bathrooms that I’ve experienced in Europe. Not a dirty smell; more of a plumbing issue. But I found it minimal compared to all of the good aspects.

Location and facilities were great. Location can not better, check in was very easy. Will definitely stay in here if we visit Lisbon again.
Only negative thing is you need to use AC for heating, no other option available.

Beautifully renovated flat in the heart of the city. Shopping, restaurants and bars right outside your door. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens.

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon, right in the middle of Baixa/Chiado and about 5 minutes to Rossio Square and 10 minutes to the river. Even though the street was very busy, the sound did not penetrate the walls of our apartment, The apartment itself was larger than what the photos displayed and is very tastefully decorated in a modern style. Beds were very comfortable, shower pressure was very good and the place was spotless. John the on premises manager was readily available to assist and answer any questions we asked
Kitchen work space was very cramped, and could have benefited from a few more centimeters in length

The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious.
The elevator was a very loud screeching and grinding sound that we could hear from inside the apartment.

The location is great, very close to cafes, restaurants, shops, the metro station. It was clean and comfortable, there was an elevator, there was someone at the first floor office to greet us and give us the keys.
Everything was great, I’d suggest a place to hang the hand towel :)
