The accommodation was situated so that we had a terrace available and all in all it was so quiet and comfortable. Located in the city centre allowed us to have all major sights within a walking distance.

Great location. Very convenient and safe.
Wifi was very problematic. Signal kept dropping out. Coverage was poor. This was somewhat frustrating but otherwise the apartment was excellent

Location is amazing! Close to a lot of restaurants and bars.
There were some bad smells coming out of the sewer. We did not stay a long time at the appartment, but kept noticing it.

You must have a physical credit card to book in, not the one on your phone. The location is wonderful.
Furniture is really uncomfortable, no water or anything extra in the room except four coffee pods for the whole stay. No smart tv, so if you are bored late at night, bad luck. The key card for access also controls the power, so you cannot leave anything charging while you are out. Honestly expected better for the cost.

Very helpful staff speaking both French and English. Large comfortable bed and lovely big fluffy towels. Very central location and still nice and quiet.
Appartement was a bit dark especially the kitchen. No basic items like salt, oil, sugar that we usually find provided for this price.

Central location in Lisbon. Near shops and bars. Near to Biaxa Chiado metro Good quality apartment. All facilities to have a good trip. Helpful person in the office
Not really a not like but there wasnt a lot of space. Very compact. Sadly there was quite a lot of noise outside - building site across the road and late night revellers Nothing the apartment owners could do about this.

Great location. Close to all areas we were interested in visiting - could walk everywhere. Having a lift! Helpful staff. Being able to leave luggage at office on last day. Well appointed & comfortable unit.
