I would highly recommend this hotel. My family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights and had a fabulous stay.
Rooms - I had asked to have 2 rooms close together as we were travelling with 2 kids, we were super impressed when we got automatically upgraded to deluxe interconnecting rooms at no extra cost. This really added to our experience. The decor in the rooms is lovely, chic modern and spotlessly clean. The beds were huge and extremely comfy. The shower was fabulous, very powerful. We had a lovely view overlooking the upmarket end of Liberdade street. Room service was of a very high standard daily.
Facilites- the hotel lobby is sophisticated with a restaurant and bar. There is free coffee, pastries and sparkling wine available in the lobby all day. There is also a gym although we didn’t use it. There is free parking with valet service and the car was made available to use within minutes of our request. We booked with breakfast and I can honestly say this was one of the best 5* breakfasts I’ve experienced. Everything was so fresh and you can order extra choices direct from the kitchen also.
Staff- all staff were polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. We were made feel very welcome.
Attention to detail- we received a call shortly after check in to see if we were happy with the rooms. Then we received fresh pastries and a little welcome note to the room. Delicious chocolate is delivered to the room in early evening. The beauty products provided were Noir by The White Company…. excellent choice.
Location- the hotel is centrally located in a really busy safe area on one of the main shopping streets. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is only a 15 min walk to other popular areas like Chiado/Barrio Alto/Baixa etc. we walked everywhere.

The hotel is very charming and welcoming. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, and it had a large beautiful balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. The staff were kind, attentive and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
What truly stands out is the location. The hotel is on the most luxurious street in Lisbon, surrounded by the best shops and restaurants in the city. Everything you might want is just a short walk away, including major attractions and public transportation.
I have stayed in several hotels in Lisbon and this was definitely one of the best. I will absolutely return.
The only detail that fell short was the coffee machine. For a room of this standard, it really deserves something more refined, like a Nespresso Vertuo or similar. At least in room 408, that would make the experience flawless.
