Location for high-end shopping; the bed was comfy, and the AC was quiet and effective.
Street noise; very poor shower (slippery floor); fixtures difficult to operate; wake-up call for 7 am did not happen till 7: 30; limited facilities

Location was fabulous
Very nice facility
Extremely poor experience in dining room at one meal.
1. Extremely slow to get my order
2. Brought salad and main course at same time. Had to tell the server to take the main course back and keep it warm.
3. I had to go up to get ice for my water-managing person who served me NEVER returned to ask if things were going well.
She had no clue about service management.
4. Had to find someone to order dessert
5. Had to go find someone to get the check.
All I all at a hotel of this caliber it was not a good experience.
Other interactions were good with staff.

Our room AC was weak. It needs a permanent fix as the sun is too bright for the windows and the airflow is weak for the size of the room

This hotel is in a best location near to the center and in the middle of the Avenue whatever you need is
next to you But…..
The hotel decoration All in Black , walls , furnture , floor, ceiling , paints , marble, bathroom , lighting bottoms every thing is black and dark there is no life in this hotel, no sun light all is Dark day and night is the same inside this hotel, No comfortable seats in the lobby , poor breakfast buffet
If you have phobia from Darkness I strongly do not recommend.
The hotel need new decoration and more natural lighting
Just the location and the concierge staff are very helpful

Lovely hotel with great service.
The only real issue was the morning coffee service at breakfast. Other hotels that we stayed at had more than one machine-two similar to your plus an expresso machine.
There is an issue with coffee cups for American's making Americano coffee. There was not a large cup option at the coffee station. the tea cups on the tables only allow enough room for black coffee-not enough room to add milk. This was causing confusion, not just by me but by others as well and could be easily solved with offering larger cups.

It’s a really great hotel, fantastic breakfast, restaurant also offers very lovely dishes. The patio outside is really nice place to relax.

Excellent location, very easy to walk to everywhere. Parking service is 5 star. Free valet parking whenever you need the car from their own garage.
Breakfast could have better sellection comparing to the overall facilities.
