This beautifully designed hotel is located perfectly on Liberdafe Avdnue.
The staff is so kind and helpful, we really felt at home.
Although there was a technical issue with our reservation, it was handled and solved very professionally and courteously.
Breakfast is excellent! Big variaty of food, buffet and al carte. The food at the restaurant is excellent as well.
The room was big and comfortable.
We will definitely come back!!

Very Poor
Window in my room wouldn’t close. Maintenance staff didn’t really fix and when I requested to change rooms staff wasn’t responsive. Room was cold, dark and noisy. Definitely not a five star hotel. I won’t recommend to anyone.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming and the mattress was perfect! The live music at the restaurant was a very nice touch, too.
We’d like to see American electrical adapters available to borrow (on deposit, for refund on return) at the desk—that would be a help.

Lovely people, huge rooms, cute treats and good attention to detail from a service perspective. The parking situation is AMAZING and makes navigating trips to the airport, etc., so easy.
The lighting in the rooms could be better overall and easier to use. Better pillows would go far to complete a sense of luxury. The shower was also too slippery inside and out.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were exceptionally attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant was delicious, offering excellent food and service.
On top of that, the location is perfect — right on Avenida da Liberdade, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the best of Lisbon.
Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!
