Excellent location
Too much noise from near rooms and housekeeping on mornings. Bad soundproofing! Breakfast was not something exciting, and one day we have been served not properly baked pancakes.

Our trip to Lisbon was fantastic and the 138 Liberdade Hotel was a big part of it. Incredible room, excellent breakfast, and very good personal. Big shootout to the restaurant manager who is a very nice person, very helpful. Thanks to the all team

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming and the mattress was perfect! The live music at the restaurant was a very nice touch, too.
We’d like to see American electrical adapters available to borrow (on deposit, for refund on return) at the desk—that would be a help.

Window in my room wouldn’t close. Maintenance staff didn’t really fix and when I requested to change rooms staff wasn’t responsive. Room was cold, dark and noisy. Definitely not a five star hotel. I won’t recommend to anyone.

Lovely people, huge rooms, cute treats and good attention to detail from a service perspective. The parking situation is AMAZING and makes navigating trips to the airport, etc., so easy.
The lighting in the rooms could be better overall and easier to use. Better pillows would go far to complete a sense of luxury. The shower was also too slippery inside and out.
