Exceptional reception service upon arrival, making us feel so welcome! I didnt get her name, but she is the blonde young lady. Later, in the room, a lovely sweet snack was delivered. Breakfast was lovely, and Claudio in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful. Always with a big smile! Decor was very upscale and contemporary, although a bit dark. Prime quiet location, walkable to historic area but far enough to feel very private.
Shower door didnt fully close so there were time when there was water on the floor, a simple adjustment will fix that. Missing USB ports but the plugs were fine.
Having a violinist at dinner was a nice touch but the music just did not flow smoothly from the violin and sounded very harsh. She is perhaps a student? Sadly, I enjoyed the dinner more when she was not playing. Sorry.

The location is really great.
The facilities are dark by design imitating an Armani decoration style. Cleanliness of the rooms WAS TRAGIC. My room was left consistently uncleaned 2 out of the 3 days I stayed. Left the hotel one night earlier although I had paid. When complained, 4 different staff members gave me 4 different type of explanations. They all simply lied shamelessly at my face. Perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed from a cleanliness and service point of view. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel they pretend to be

Great location and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
Arrived by taxi with large luggage and had to carry it inside ourselves. No assistance, no welcome. Not what I was expecting. Service in general was not at 5* level during our stay.

Highly recommend this beautiful hotel with the most lovely, friendly, and kind staff.
Beautiful room very comfortable bed.
And absolutely enjoyed the violinist that played in the evening in the dining room.
The valet parking was deeply appreciated.
We will be returning at the end of our trip before we head back home to Canada.

There were no services as expected in 5 Stars hotels so the advertised rate as 5 Stars is very misleading so we complained that to the hotel management from the first day we checked in & after the next day we couldn’t tolerate the hotel status & so we left to another hotel truly 5 stars. Viz. hotel

The location of the hotel it’s amazing. the garden is absolute joy. and the fact that it’s a boutique hotel it’s the cherry on top
There’s a constante sewage smell on the 5th floor.
