An excellent hotel in every way. The property’s location on the most beautiful boulevard in the city was terrific, and for those who love high-end shopping, every luxury store was within walking distance. It was also close to the hub for the city tour busses. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace and offered live music every night. The concierge service at the hotel was also excellent and a big help in answering questions about the area. They were also able to connect me with a wonderful private driver with whom I toured surrounding areas all of one day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and filled with amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone either on business or traveling for leisure.

Breakfast was exceptional. Delicious ingredients and variety of dishes offered. Friendly, efficient, performance-led staff. There was live music that night which really added to the atmosphere. The hotel is really well placed for restaurants and attractions.
The price was a little on the high side. Apart from that, we would definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, not far from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The reception staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive, especially Sofia, who was incredibly helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. She also gave us great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit.
Our room was spacious, clean, bright, and equipped with all necessary amenities. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a good selection of hot dishes available from a separate menu, and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, the warm hospitality and excellent service made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
While the hotel has potential, our overall experience did not fully meet the expectations associated with a 5-star property. The main issue was the lack of sound insulation — housekeeping activities in neighboring rooms created significant noise throughout the day, including loud conversations and constant disturbance in the corridors, making it difficult to rest comfortably in the room.
We also encountered a serious safety concern in the bathroom, where the light switch appeared to conduct electricity when used. Although the issue was resolved after being reported, we were surprised that no apology or follow-up was provided considering the seriousness of the situation.
In addition, communication during breakfast service was challenging, as the restaurant staff had very limited English proficiency. Initially, we were not informed that guests could order hot breakfast dishes from a separate menu, and only after speaking with the reception team was this clarified and arranged.
Overall, we believe the hotel would benefit from improvements in guest communication, staff training, soundproofing, and greater attention to safety and service standards.

The location is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good. Great place to stay in the city for a few days.

Lovely staff, nice having coffee and treats in the lobby. Breakfast was good.
The hotel was nice and staff very helpful but the room was not a five star hotel room in my opinion.
The shower over bath is not good as it was hard to get out of and we almost slipped a couple of times. Beware if you have mobility issues.

We were upgraded, to a lovely room. Clean and comfy bed. Small walk to the town area. Garage for parking was available too
No Kettle for tea only a coffee maker, but had travel kettle and obtained milk from bar no problem
