I wish they had better pillows. It makes a big difference. The breakfast would run out of items that were not replaced. This was an issue if they had a large group coming for breakfast.

This was one of three hotels we considered for our trip, and we chose it. Upon arrival, we realized we had made the best choice. Because of Lisbon's hilly terrain, the other two top-tier hotels were actually located at a higher altitude, making walking around the city a bit problematic. However, this hotel was within walking distance of the beach and centrally located, making it easy to visit many places. Furthermore, despite being on one of the city's main streets, we didn't experience any noise issues in our room. If we were to travel to Lisbon again, we would choose this hotel without hesitation. The location and services were fantastic. The breakfast was also much more satisfying and varied than many similar hotels in Europe; it was quite sufficient. Thank you.

Location was great. Generally staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room and hallway smelled good.
Shower area is slippery and needs to have a rubber mat.

A wonderful, beautifully designed hotel. The rooms are fully equipped with everything needed, and the quality of the amenities and furnishings is exceptionally high, comfortable, and indulgent. The hotel staff, in every area, were simply fantastic — always happy to help and genuinely focused on the guest’s comfort and wellbeing. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was wonderful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
This is clearly not a five-star hotel and should not be marketed as one. There's a lot of improvement that needs to happen in terms of the maintenance in the rooms, the finishings, and the fixtures. I think overall the cleaning staff are working very hard. They need more time and more guidance to have a better quality job. The maintenance staff around the building need to look at the fine finishing touches, and you need to find a way to bring atmosphere to your restaurant to attract guests.

Amazing property situated in the heart of Lisbon, easy access via walking to most of the surrounding attractions. Having a car was also handy as the hotel offered free parking / valet. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was soo comfortable! The staff were more than accommodating and very friendly/helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely revisit. 5 star!!
