The location was terrific! We had a room with a terrace and a terrific view. Great place to relax after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were exceptionally attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant was delicious, offering excellent food and service.
On top of that, the location is perfect — right on Avenida da Liberdade, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the best of Lisbon.
Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable room, very good mattress. Food very good at restaurant, though menu modifications requested did not always get completed as per order. Most staff very helpful, as expected at a hotel of this caliber. Location very convenient for using public transit.

Location was very good. Staff was very good.
There’s no other way to say it, the room was weird. Very very dark few lights. shower water was truly hot or cold depending on what second you were standing there. for the largest suite in the hotel we had a single sink and the entire bathroom was no more than 6‘ x 7‘ including the toilet area
in a shower area and the toilet area was just glass right near the bed
The location of the bathroom, the size of the shower and bathroom and the lighting situation was all just not something we were used to
