The location only The hotel is classified as 5 Stars I doubt the classification It can only be rated as 3 Star hotel The services are very limited & bad
There were no services as expected in 5 Stars hotels so the advertised rate as 5 Stars is very misleading so we complained that to the hotel management from the first day we checked in & after the next day we couldn’t tolerate the hotel status & so we left to another hotel truly 5 stars. Viz. hotel

The breakfast is outstanding. The staff is excellent and the variety of food is great.
I thought everything was great. It is close to several different types of restaurants, as well as a very good restaurant on site.

Great location with free parking. The staff really took care of your car with valet. Great concierge service. They made it super easy to stay there. Exceeded my expectations.

Incredible boutique hotel. Loved the products they use, the staff and the wine in the pm was a great cherry on top! Was also fabulous to have our own patio!!

This hotel had a fabulous location, right in the middle of the city- near lots of restaurants and shopping. There were coffee and sandwich kiosks in the middle of the boulevard right outside the door. The staff was wonderful and the room was very nice- we had a balcony, which was fun. The bed was very comfortable. The design of the hotel was fun and cool.
There wasn't enough light in the bathroom and not enough room at the vanity. These are small things. I would still enjoy coming back to this hotel.

Perfect location on the most beautiful avenue in Lisbon...liberdade ave. Hotel is near all things. Lovely room; bed; garden is exquisite; drinks on par.
Lighting inside is a little dark. NOW, i would have given an excellent rating but for one MAJOR problem. Without a doubt this was the worse Gym facility i have ever seen, let alone a 5 star hotel. They had 2 machines ONLY..one bike and one treadmill...that's it. It had a few weights and the room was infested with flies. I was floored with how basic and limited the facility is. Does NOBODY work out when they come to Lisbon?

Wonderful
The spacious and spotless room was a delight. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel generously offered complimentary coffee, wine, and water downstairs. The breakfast was simply delicious.
I found the lighting to be unsatisfactory. The most significant improvement I would like to see is better lighting, particularly in the bathroom.
