Wonderful
We stayed in apartment one C with a beautiful terrace. I wish it had been warmer and less rainy so we could have actually stayed out on the terrace more. I also liked the location and ability to walk anywhere in the city.
The apartment was very minimalist and modern, which looked great, but felt a little sterile and not as comfortable

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Great space to come back to after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food for the four of us.

I don’t do reviews as a rule but this stay was exceptional in all regards. The management seems to have thought of everything possible to make it a great experience. From the staff to the room to the breakfast to the location. Highly recommended

Flora Chiado is one of kind. Our group rented two apartments for our 5 night stay. The Staff was amazing. The accommodations were beautiful and the added stocked refrigerator and coffee was very much appreciated!

The staff was AMAZING! Rita, Marco, Luna, and I wish I could remember the name of the last staff member because she was fantastic also. We were there during the NATIONAL power outage. Rita made sure that we all had access to food and water. She actually went shopping and stood in a line that was a block long. I know this because I did the same thing. She made sure we had candles and water. I saw her have compassion for other travelers whose cards did not work because there was no way to take credit card payments. She took a small cash deposit and did not leave them on the streets like I had seen other hotels do that evening. The staff as a whole deserves SIX stars!
The apartments looked exactly how they actually are. As of this moment I am in a hotel in Sintra that does not match the photos from Booking.com. Every morning the staff delivered fresh bakery items that we could pick from the night before. The refrigerator was stocked and they provided a very good bottle of red wine for our first night’s stay.
When I return I will stay here again. Perfect location with a fantastic local restaurant down the street and two Michelin rated restaurants on the same street. The small local restaurant was the best! Awesome fresh local Portuguese food.

Everything about the property from the moment we arrived until departure felt first class. We were provided breakfast every morning and restocked each day. The property was very attentive throughout our stay and our room was spacious.

Fresh bread and pastries every morning with fully stocked kitchen; large apartment to spread out and balcony to gain fresh air.
The furniture in the living room could have been more comfortable. The windows could have had screens (but understand how that would be difficult). Offer real espresso/ latte other than a machine with pods.

Flora Chiado apartments are just amazing from booking to check out. The team are exceptional and the apartments are faultless. So many little touches from fresh oranges every day to juice, fresh bread and pastries hanging on the door every morning to the amazing stylish decor. Yes, the same price as 4 or 5 star Hotel but far better! Three great little restaurants on the quiet street and next door to Alma with two Michelin stars.
