I think the location is good; you can get to the Commerce Square or other central locations for 5-8 euros with Bolt. It's also very close to the Saldanha metro station. There's a Continent Market across the street, which is great. It's also very close to McDonald's, and there are mini-buffets in Saldanha Square where you can have coffee, tea, or alcoholic beverages. The rooms are cleaned every two days. The cleanliness is good. Since there were no double rooms available, they gave us a room with two beds joined together, but they compensated for this by giving us a room with a balcony.
I didn't encounter anything negative.

Great location, very good beds, nice toiletries, friendly staff. Not too much of variety for breakfast, but everything’s fresh and tasty.
Bathroom slide door needs a good push for sliding.

Location, staff and facilities. This business hotel is located in a very nice part of Lisbon with great access to public transport, the airport and tourist sites. Our room was clean and well appointed. Great option for a visit to this wonderful city!
I was charged for minibar items we did not consumed. The receptionist sorted it out, but it was annoying and unnecessary. I suggest upon arrival, to take a picture of the minibar refrigerator to document what is actually there to avoid drama at checkout.

Location is really nice close to metro station on a very quiet neighborhood. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast was really nice fresh with high quality ingrediencies.
We arrived a day later due to flight cancellation. The hotel was informed immediately by phone call and message via booking. The rooms were fully paid few days before arrival...Next we arrived in the hotel around 11:30 am rooms were not ready so we couldn't check in, since room were given to other customers beside being paid.

Very nice rooms. They look like they have been very recently upgraded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience.
Shower water might have been a bit warmer one morning.

Room was clean and comfortable with a city view. Bed was quite big and comfy. Everything was in place: towels, shampoo, soap and other stuff. Also, the breakfast was delicious and with vast variety of different meal options: eggs, porridges, fruits and vegetables, nuts, different drinks. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location also was quite reachable - 5 minutes to metro and bus stops, 15 minutes to parks.
