Very nice rooms. They look like they have been very recently upgraded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience.
Shower water might have been a bit warmer one morning.

Room was clean and comfortable with a city view. Bed was quite big and comfy. Everything was in place: towels, shampoo, soap and other stuff. Also, the breakfast was delicious and with vast variety of different meal options: eggs, porridges, fruits and vegetables, nuts, different drinks. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location also was quite reachable - 5 minutes to metro and bus stops, 15 minutes to parks.

Clean, modern rooms with good sized bathroom and we had a balcony which was great too. The staff were very friendly and it was literally a 2 min walk to the metro station. Good base for a trip to Lisbon!
You are opposite a fire station so do expect sirens occasionally, it didnt keep us awake but you can hear them quite loudly if your room is street facing. Room does have a kettle but need to bring your own tea/coffee to use.

The room was spacious and the hotel itself is nice.
It’s great that they have their own parking - that’s a very convenient option.
The staff is generally friendly.
The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing us to keep the room warmer or cooler depending on our preference.
The internet connection was also very good.
We paid for parking but later at some point a new manager told us the parking was full and that we could not use it. Another manager then came and said to her that since we had already paid, we could park there. It seemed to be a misunderstanding but the first manager was quite rude.
Another issue was the floor in the room - it was really dirty. It looked like it had been vacuumed, but probably hadn’t been mopped in a long time. My socks became black from the dirt even though I was only walking in them around inside the room. The room also felt a bit empty.
The breakfast was decent, but it could be more varied and tastier. The coffee was not very good.

Comfortable bed, quiet rooms located near metro stations, restaurants, shopping. Friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel
