The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center, just steps away from a grocery store and the Atrium Saldanha shopping mall. The reception team is both welcoming and professional, always promptly addressing any guest inquiries. The single room stands out for its size and charm, boasting tasteful wall decor, ample natural light, and a spacious work desk. The breakfast buffet is a true treat, offering a delightful variety of options that had me savoring the experience for over 30 minutes each morning. It's an exceptional choice suitable for all types of travelers.
Although the property is nearly flawless, one minor enhancement could improve the experience: the addition of a sliding glass door to the shower. This upgrade would help contain splashes, keeping the bathroom floor dry and the bath mat more effective.

Property was clean, staff was very kind/helpful, everything was easy. Right across the street from a grocery store too which is hella nice. Its not in the center of town but close enough for the trip not to be annoying. I walked to downtown a couple times and it wasnt that long. It also had parking which was a big deal for me.

Almost a perfect find for us. Great service, housekeeping, cleanliness, value for money. Also great location with lot of options near by. Public transport is a little walk away but definitely still convenient.
since we wanted to commute to the center (Rosso) quite often we choose to rely on cabs and ubers cancel a lot in this neighborhood.

Very clean and nice. Housekeeping was excellent. Clean beddings and towels everyday and floor cleaned too. Really really good.
Very stingy with tea and coffee. Only gave two teabags for a four day trip.

The breakfast was plentiful, though spoons seem to be rationed. It was clean and modern. The showers are very good.
Hanging storage in the bedrooms is very limited and there are shelves rather than drawers. There is no ironing facilities in the room A laundry service is available but having handed my laundry in to be ironed it was not done. instead I was offered a mini ironing board and iron.
