The hotel was great. Clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Morning breakfast had lots of variety. Staff held my bags so I could explore as I got in early in am. The hotel is in a more residential area and not in the bustle which I liked. Across the street from a grocery store which I was able to get water from.

It was clean and has a great location! The staff was nice and attentive.
The windows and walls are not sound proof.
You can hear everything, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

Great location close to metro, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store across the street, store had a coffee shop with great pastries.

I have travelled the world and this is one of my favourite places. Everything was perfect. The staff were excellent. Friendly but professional and so very helpful. Next time we will stay longer and we will return. We loved the room and the breakfast. They allowed us early check in and late check out. We can’t thank the staff enough.

Not very accommodative regarding my requests to extended hour and charge even higher rate for extended hours of stay.
