Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and lived up to expectations. Area was quiet and a little further from the centre of Lisbon but it wasn't an issue as Bolt in Lisbon is extremely affordable.

The location was close to transport links, the room was clean and was cleaned throughout our stay, and was comfortable. The room was well soundproofed and little noise from outside. Good amount of wardrobe space/space for bags in room.
Small thing: there wasn't enough space around sink in the bathroom for a normal amount of toiletries. They could fix this easily with a shelf under the sink or next to it.

Leo, at the reception desk was so helpful. Breakfast was very adequate. Beds were comfortable .
Bathroom was very tiny. They provided no washcloths. No refrigerator in the room

Excellent hotel. Good location...spacious rooms.
They took my request for a room higher up and away from the elevator into consideration and gave us a room on the 5th floor.
There is a fire station opposite but I didn't feel disturbed though I am a light sleeper.
The wifi is not secure. It is an open connection which doesn't require a password. Wish that could be fixed.

Clean apartment and modern facilities inside. Basic equipment but satisfactory for our needs Information available in room helpful Contact with owner was excellent and details to access apartment were very clear to understand
The bed mattresses were uncomfortable and need replacing.

Very kind staff, clean room, comfortable bed, very good location.
We couldn't open the window, because it was closed with key. Hence there was always warm in the room and no fresh air.

Immaculately clean from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms. Friendly warm welcome on arrival and all needs catered for from directions to restaurant recommendations.
Only negative, no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.
