The location was central and convenient, the vibe was modern and unique, and the rooms were clean at first glance. The smart control features were also a cool touch.
I had a medical emergency during my stay, and the staff’s response was shockingly unprofessional. I was extremely sick & dizzy, out of breath, clearly in need of urgent help. No one answered the phone, so I had to drag myself downstairs. When I got there, the staff were completely unprepared, asked endless questions instead of acting fast, and didn’t even check their system for my details, which could’ve helped speed things up. I had to tell them I needed an ambulance when it was obvious. One even mocked me when I pointed out how poorly they were handling the situation. It felt like they were frozen in time, operating without basic crisis training. On top of that, there was no bathroom privacy, the drains often smelled bad, and housekeeping didn’t change the sheets during my entire stay. The breakfast also lacked variety for the price. There were also constant water and pipe noises from the building, which made it hard to relax. Soundproofing needs serious improvement. Plus, the room doors were difficult to use.. floor carpets blocked them from opening and closing properly, which was frustrating.

Location was great, less than an hour to walk to the old part of the city. Some good restaurants nearby including the Block House (Steak restaurant) Room was comfortable and had good facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed the 9th floor sauna with a view and pool.
The hotel is on a busy junction so there is road noise in the room (if you'd prefer you can have a quieter room without city view) but I wear earplugs anyway so it didn't disturb me. It was a shame that the steam room was out of action the whole 5 nights that I stayed here.

The room was large enough, and so was the bed. Location was very convenient, especially for those reaching Lisbon by car - although consider using other parking sites nearby.
Everyone who worries about how technology without intelligence can make our future unbearable must visit this hotel. We spent 24 hours in Lisbon, one of which was spent trying to get in or out this hotel. Cumbersome and redundant check-in process, overwhelmed and untrained human staff, room operated by sets of noisy buttons, unintelligible traffic light system in the parking... if this is "evolution", I want my hotels to devolute.

I liked how advanced it all is. The lights are amazing and there’s so much security.
The sheets. The fact they don’t have the blankets in the room. The room temperature. The pool temperature and conditions of the walls of it. Too expensive for 1 night. Lack of cleaning. The fact there’s no doors for a bathroom

The hotel is modern and facilitates the dynamic environment of today. Proofs of that are the efficient room configuration, the co-working area on the 1st floor and the activity on ground level. The rooms are clean and the food is really good.
For me personally everything was good, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to people that aren't into the dynamic modern times.

Breakfast was very good. Location of the hotel is near to the metro station. You can walk to the center. Check in and check out was fast. The reception staff is very friendly and professional. Raniero helped me to book tour to Fatima. Also reception staff assit me to buy 24h ticket for Belem Lisbon Bus Tour. I highly recommend this hotel.
