Very Good
This is my second stay. The hotel location is right near the train station, so getting there from the airport is convenient. It's not far from other restaurants and shops. There is a good breakfast, everything is clean, rooms were done up nicely. The staff are all courteous & accommodating, very professional.
I requested a room with twin beds & a city view. This is the second time this has happened, where I checked in and went to my room, only to find a double bed. I went downstairs & it was changed immediately, but they weren't initially sure a room would be available. The room was downgraded. The most important thing was the twin beds, rather than the room size and nice view... but still, this was booked well in advance and it would be nice to know that the room had been reserved in advance.

The hotel is well located without being at ground zero for tourists. The rooms are comfortable and the experience is good value for money.
The "climate control" means you can't actually make the room much cooler and it's never cold enough. The bathroom shower design is stupid.

The housekeeping staff was good. The breakfast staff was good.
Two of our three rooms -rooms 308 and 311-the Air Con did not work. When our adult travel companions said it did not-we went to their room thinking they just did not know how to use the controls it. No-it was broken. The last night after calling the desk multiple times they finally brought one room a fan but it was hot and stuffy in the room so did little to help. At night they had a bartender that did not know how to make drinks. After a long wait they went and got a manager to make our drinks. You should be warned about the bathrooms when booking.

Excellent and quirky hotel, staff particularly Joana on reception we're wonderful. Room ultra modern. Highly recommended.
Creaky toilet floor in room 425. Use of Bedside lights was a mystery.

£5 for a bottle of water!!! Steam room floor was disgusting covered in slime. Sauna and pool were nice and clean tho Everything else was perfect. Great location

The room was very comfortable. The only thing I could say for improvement is no netflix was available on the room. The rest of the room was really good and also the pool area was really nice and useful.
The room doesn't have netflix or youtube and the TV doesn't connect to your phone. They have some grande JBL stereos but they don't connect to your phone as well. But

Wonderful
I really liked the facilities available in the hotel. The gym was adequate and the pool and sauna was well used during the stay. The hotel was in a very good location and a short distance from the Metro. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.
I liked the layout of the room, though it would have been uncomfortable and less private if i was sharing with someone as the toilet and shower area is too close to the sleeping area.

Good location
Air conditioning did not work in the room despite asking staff on two separate occasions. Staff said it was working but clearly not despite it being over 30 degrees heat. Extremely unsatisfied and unwilling to help us. Walls are also paper thin and conversations can be heard next door, upstairs and in the hall. The bathroom and shower set up is completely strange and not something I would like to experience again.
