good hotel but was small. My friends did not like the way the toilet and shower was done at the room. it seemed like the toilet and shower were capsules added on to the room. overall though, i thought it was fine. if you are sharing the room with a friend and NOT a significant other, you might not want the way the shower and toilet only had a glass to separate. no doors to separate the toilet and shower to the room

room was clean, large enough, had an espresso machine and complementary water. as the hotel was full we received an accessible room so the shower and restroom was a regular room and not the cool looking tube/pod but was clean and the shower water pressure was great so we didn't mind the "less cool" option. the staff was always friendly and willing to help. the location was nice, not in the heart of the touristic district but good environment, spot on a metro station, not too long to walk to the central locations if you are up for it like we did, first day we just walked all the way down to the beach and Parca de Comercio.
nothing bad to say. everything was to our satisfaction.

Atmosphere, style. Friendly staff, but many ineffective (seemed new and did not know their own systems at check in, or menu). Similar feels of citizenM hotel coolness. I was excited to stay here.
Bed too small and irregularly soft, slopped in middle. AC controlled via TV doesn't work Floor carpet soiled Horrible sewer smell came out of sink, engulfed room. Manager came up and said it's an old building, we dont know why it happens and they put chemicals down drain. Lights via tv or wall system...... unfortunately all have switches and tv stay lit at night.... had to cover each with towels to sleep. After engineer evaluation of AC made it worse, on final day were upgraded gtatis to large king room and delicious cake treats. Thank you. New room has same lack of AC. Was told again that AC engineer would look into it. I hate being managed.

Excellent amenities, very clean, polite personnel. Location is the best. Happy reception area with music in the evening.
Breakfast was very much poorer versus my last visit in Jan24. Room was very noisy in the corridors (9th floor) during all night. Noisy adjacent rooms with kids making noisy- soundproofing needs improvement.

Pool was not well surveyed: there were people jumping in the pool and not respecting the other people, nor in gesture, nor in language. There were also one person that evidently was there just to wait for time to pass, either in the toilet, or the sauna although he kept his socks on.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are super clean and location is perfect as it away from all the busy area in the city yet not far from the main sights.
The layout at the arrival point could be improved to give customers a better experience. The desk is hidden away and queues could built up at check-out/in peaks.
