The location is top, the stuff working all over are extra friendly and will do anything to help, late checkout was amazing as we could take a shower and head to the airport after a day in the city. (We asked to pay extra they said, no need, enjoy your day"....) , food in breakfast was delicious!!!

The location is excellent; you can walk to most important places to visit in Lisbon. Staff was very friendly, especially Edson, who always had a smile, and he was ready to help. It was the best room that I had so far (clean, great space, plenty of storage, comfy bed and pillows), and I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, and I do not recall having this type of room, especially in Europe.

We had a great room for three people (my husband, 15yo daughter and me). The location is great for walking around the Alfama neighborhood, and an easy place to catch a Bolt or Uber to visit other locations which was great for us as we were first-time visitors to Lisbon. The hotel and especially the lobby is very pretty, and has views out to the water. My husband enjoyed using the gym; we were too busy exploring to take advantage of the spa. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
We had to order room service one night and it took a very long time to come and was not very good.

Location of the hotel is good if you are there for sightseeing.
Room service(cleaning staf) thrown away my daighter contact lenses and they were not able to find it which was very disappointing.
