The location was great but the property itself was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. The property is built around an ancient ruin which makes it extra interesting. I would definitely stay there again. We went during the off season so the price was very reasonable.
The one very small hiccup was the tub getting backed up. I informed the front desk and it was resolved very quickly.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always willing to answer questions and give information with a smile. Noor was especially very friendly and we felt at home asking for anything. Breakfast was rich and tasty, ingredients were fresh and hosts were again delightful. Don’t skip the spa as it is a wonderful experience. We booked the family room which was large and comfortable, very clean and tidy and offered all amenities you would want.
Location was a bit far from the center of Lisbon in the Alfama quarter, very silent and peaceful at night. Nothing unwalkable though.

Wonderful
Perfect location, near many good restaurants and places like Catedral da Sé. Super friendly staff, very comfortable and spacious room. The museum inside the hotel is small but a must see! We had a very good dinner at the Atlântico (restaurant inside the hotel).
Breakfast was OK, but the food didn’t look that fresh (especially the fruits).

The hotel is in a very good location near Alfama quarter, and about 12-15 minutes walk from Rossio square, Rossio train station and the center of the old city. The stuff is very caring , warm welcoming and happy to help any time. The breakfast is very varies and I think anyone can find is favorite breakfast dish. The room and shower are very big with huge very comfortable double bad.
Lack of option such as soy milk to have with a cappuccino. Lack of wall hangers for coats. A bin for wet umbrellas. The lights switch's are works in a very strange way. You turn off one switch, and some light turns off but others turn on.

We had a great stay at this clean and beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, and spending an afternoon in the spa was the perfect way to relax.
