Front desk gentleman, Bruno, makes you feel really at home and welcome. He noticed how tired we were and made us sit comfortably and came to us to complete the reservation formalities !! Room was really good with an extra bed for 3 of us. All setup properly before we arrived. Bathroom was super clean and well maintained.
Only negative maybe, was that shower was kind of small and water was spilling under the door a little bit. Not too much of a bother, since floor towel helped.

Despite advertised as 5 stars hotel in the reality it is a quite old property with a very strong bad smell. Also the materass was really not comfortable at all.

Very nice rooms, especially the noise cancellation was a nice plus. Also great spa facility. Even though the gym is quite small, it‘s a very nice amenity. However the true highlight of our stay was the incredible staff: Bruno, the manager is an amazing person and so helpful. He even made it possible for us to get a refund on a night due to change of plans and helped us get our desired room. The other staff was also always extremely helpful and forthcoming. I don‘t think I‘ve ever experienced better staff in a hotel. All round 10/10 experience!

This is a wonderful hotel in a very good location in the city. It's a short walk on flat footpaths into the city centre but it's slightly out of the centre so not so busy. Beautiful outlook over the Tagus and interesting to watch the inbound and outbound cruise ships and the other river traffic. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. The room itself was lovely with the opening doors onto a long private terrace on the 4th floor. Good amount of spaces in the room. The terrace itself has a lot of space, but maybe a little bare with two plastic chairs and a small table - maybe a couple of plants in tubs would make it a little nicer? The bed was large and the air conditioning very good. Breakfast was first rate with quite a wide selection from fruits, pastries through to hot food.

I stayed at this hotel with colleagues on a a business trip. Its a beautiful building, decor is lovely, the rooms and common spaces were really clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were all super helpful and friendly.
My room was very hot! It was at the top of the building and also it was mid-August, but even with the aircon down really cool, it was still too hot for me.

The staff was fantastic and very welcoming! Our room was very spacious and had a balcony with fantastic views of the water/city. The sauna, steam room and pool were a great way to relax in the evening.

Pleasant welcome. Courteous and prompt staff. Clean hotel with no hustle and bustle. Spacious and very quiet room, even though it faces the street.
Everything is good. We extended our stay at the hotel by three days.
