Wonderful staff members were super helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Service is attentive and courteous. The location is ideal; soundproofing is great too. Definitely a 5-star experience and will stay here again.

The staff at Aurea went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing but amazing! They would always ensure we had everything we needed. Bruno at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. We will be back again soon and would recommend this hotel to friends and family travelling to Lisbon.

A lovely hotel - peaceful, spacious, wonderful room, great facilities. All the staff were consistently attentive and friendly. Amazing breakfast. The gym though small is perfectly fine and the spa a little bit of luxury. Would stay again!

Bruno, the concierge, was exceptional; I would return to the hotel just to see him. Of course, the room was great, and every member of the staff was incredibly helpful. The wifi was fast and stable for work. The pool, hamam, and sauna were all excellent, and the hotel and facilities were very clean. The breakfast is excellent, with many options, and there is a museum in the hotel. Highly recommend.

ONE OF THE BEST STAYS in my Europe travels!! The staff are Fantastic, attentive and wonderful! The location is Fantastic ! easy to walk to most places and right across from the Cruise Terminals! HIGHLY recommend the breakfast! Bruno the manager is absolutely OUTSTANDING! The bathroom is super! Room spacious——very impressed!!!

Very good location, close enough to the city centre but still a quiet area. Was upgraded to a lovely room. Very helpful staff.
And while I am on the subject of staff.
Soraia (I hope I have her name right, deserves a special mention) in reception dealt with a gentleman from the far east in an extremely professional manner under extreme duress having been actually called a racist by the guest during the course of his illogical rant while checking in.
The wifi in my room could have been better.

Bruno and Soraia were great with us, very friendly and cheerful which is contagious. Very alternative with our son and making sure everything was perfect for us
