Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property located on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. Beautiful, clean lobby and rooms. Hotel staff all were pleasant, courteous, professional and helpful. The dining room was very nice and the food excellent. Overall, my experience was completely excellent!

The bed is comfortable. The room is very spacious. The bathrooms are very clean. The furniture and décor are excellent.
*The staff were not as friendly as expected. *The limited number of employees forces you to handle some tasks yourself. My judgment may not be entirely accurate because my stay was only for a few hours, as I arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM and left at 4:00 AM.

The location, nice modern hotel in historical building , good breakfast , very friendly staff, great experience, starting from airport pickup!
The room service menu not too big. Also unfortunately we were not given rooms one next to another with our kids so had to walk every time to go from one room to another , though they were on the same floor. Otherwise all good !

We had a wonderful stay. The location is wonderful. The sunrise view from our balcony itself was a wonderful experience. The bed was very comfortable, good linens and nice bathroom products. The building hosts a museum of Roman ruins; which makes the overall experience very special.

Great location. Beautiful decor and interesting historical part. The staff were friendly, attentive and informative. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was comfortable and clean. Good view of the river.
