The location is good as well as the service. Overall, the hotel facilities are up to standard.
The toile has no handle inside , the temperature of the shower is not hot enough and the power of the water at the shower cap was not strong too

Room was superb, being spacious and well equipped.
Location was extremely good, being close to the Targus, ferry terminal, and city center.
Staff were outstanding, and couldn't have done more to help ensure our visit was memorable.

The breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice. The area was very close to the city center.
There were not enough loungers in the wellness area.

Excellent location, exceptional staff, very clean property.
I didn’t like the first room as it was overlooking a courtyard and was dark but the staff were very accommodating and moved us to a sea view room

The staff at the restaurant where breakfast is served are exceptional! The were so attentive and friendly-always looking out for what guests would need. The reception staff was also really friendly and helpful. I arrived late so they gave me great recommendations for where to get dinner! I’d stay there just for the exceptional service

- Staffs are super friendly and attentive. They take action of whatever we ask for quite immediately.
- Breakfast is very good.
- Rooms are specious and facilities are so good.
- Breakfast are lovely, however it could be more varieties and rotating, like adding Asian food - fried rice, porridge, noodles etc.
