The hotel is in a great area. The staff is more than helpful and friendly. It was a very clean room.
The only thing we had an issue with was the room next to ours. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything in the next room.

There is plenty of space for parking in front of the hotel. Close to Lisbon attractions and good restaurants.
Reception is very slow and not enough staffs, long waiting for check-in and after if you have a question again long waiting, sometimes I was lucky and they were not busy to answer my question.

The hotel was convenient to everything; shopping district, restaurants, sites, tuktuk, and Rossio Christmas Market to name a few. Check out Copenhagen Coffee Lab right across the street, the coffee/tea and breakfast was our everyday start. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious with a huge step in tub (though not useful to us). The lobby had pasties de nata everyday with fresh fruit infused water and this was a nice treat
Only complaint was the shower leaked water seemingly from the wall and not the entry way

Best hotel of our 3 month trip in Europe! They treated us to a bottle of champagne and a dessert for my husbands 50th birthday! Totally unexpected!
The mattress was a little tired and probably could be changed out but certainly not the worst we’ve ever had.

The staff (absolutely great)…outstanding services from Rafael from front desk. The breakfast and the cleanliness!!!! And of course the location!

Very nice hotel. Our rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Recommended an excellent restaurant. It was my wife's birthday and they brought us champagne and dessert. A very nice touch. Parked for free right in front of the hotel. Had Nata there every day for a snack.
