Wonderful
Very nice hotel. Our rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Recommended an excellent restaurant. It was my wife's birthday and they brought us champagne and dessert. A very nice touch. Parked for free right in front of the hotel. Had Nata there every day for a snack.

The hotel is great, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is good, the location is convenient. I recommend it, if you choose it, you will definitely not be disappointed.

I stayed at Eurostars Das Letras Lisbon and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location — close enough to walk to many of Lisbon’s main attractions while still being in a calm and quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh options to start the day right. The dining area was comfortable, and the staff there were attentive and friendly.
One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide a bellhop service to assist with luggage. While this wasn’t a major issue, it’s something travelers with heavy bags should be aware of.
Overall, the stay was enjoyable, with excellent location and breakfast standing out as highlights. With a bit more attention to guest convenience, this hotel can make the stay more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, they were genuinely lovely, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and very well located, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we’d happily return.

Everything , great location, breakfast was abundant, and the amenities were great. Easy to walk to restaurants and to the Main Square. Ubers were inexpensive and an easier way to get around than to use our car.
Parking was a little tricky, but once we figured out the system, it went well

Rooms were good sized and clean, nice breakfast
Even being the 5 star hotel, it didn’t have a concierge. I was with family and had to carry all my luggages to the rooms myself . It took me couple of rounds to transfer all my luggage myself
