Rooms were clean and tidy. Nice hotel in a good location with a bar

The location was central and fantastic with lots of places to eat.
The staff were fabulous. They helped on check in and suggested a few restaurants.
Breakfast had a good spread.
I think the housekeeping services could be better. I had to ask for drinking water as not replaced by the house keeping staff. Also replacing coffee powder with just decaf was not ideal. Also just 2 sachets. Luckily there was a cafe outside the hotel.
To be honest it’s a great 4 start hotel. Does not meet 5 star quality . Only 5 stars were for staff and location.

Excellent location very near to Fashion Street with so many eating option. Breakfast was very nice and room was comfortable. Probably the Hotel signage needs to be improved.

the junior suite was spacious, seating area is separate, nice spacious bathroom. thee bed was huge.
the location is close to the mIn road, going to the street is downhill, but coming back is uphill. it's not too bad but keep that in kind when booking if you have knee problem.

great location, good facilities including sauna & gym. bathtub in the room
bed was not comfortable, it was very stuffy and warm in the room and the AC was not strong enough to cool it down and at the same time it made the air super dry so i had trouble breathing while sleeping (even though i don't have any issues normally during the day).

Spacious room, comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Bathroom could be a bit cleaner, found some hair strands and dirt between the tiles on the shower wall

all went well , the staff are very friendly and up to standards
we book a trip to visit Sintra castle, in the middle of the way the tour operator told us that we cannot visit it because the road is closed due to storm the week before. if we new that we will not book that trip.

Set in a quiet area, but very close to many attractions. Very comfortable bed.
This is more of a business hotel than a luxury 5 star hotel. However - the staff was nice, everything was clean and a nice location.
