The bathroom door was definitely broken so you had to push very hard to open. Also only one working elevator makes me not want to stay here again. Sometimes will be waiting for the elevator for 10 minutes then its full. And you have to keep waiting.

The location is relatively good.
The experience was horrible. During my two nights stay my name was not on the breakfast list, internet stopped working, staff cancelled my booking the day after my check in demanding me to go to reception again through the whole check in process, room was old with maintenance needs (the sign in my dorm felt down), room service did not go to my room at all, my wife has trouble getting into the room and was bared at reception because of the cancellation mistake (by their staff). Not even one apology, in fact the manager wasnt even aware of our situation. Very poor experience for a very high night rate really disappointing.

Great location, and a nice neighborhood. The staff was very nice and helpful. Clean, and looks new, just as described in the photos. There was a garment steamer in the room :)
It was too hot in the room, although it was 18 degrees outside.

In a more quiet area of the city and hotel was very well maintained, room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were very hospitable. Coffee shop across the street was very convenient.
Up a hill and not a lot of restaurant options in the area.

Front desk staff and all staff, perfect. Very large and comfortable bed, nice linens, good view, nice space all around. Super bathroomshower and tub separate.
One working elevator for 8 floors above ground, not to mention levels below ground.
There was generally a wait. There is a second elevator but it was out of service the entire 5 days I stayed here.
Head splitting noise from the roof top disco nearby. I had 3 nights of peace and then Thursday and Friday the drilling techno beat throbbed all night long. It was like water torture or someone stomping on my head. And then it began at 11:30 am Saturday. Isnt this illegal?
