I liked the suit and it was the first time I booked a suit at this hotel. Very satisfied with the room, especially the balcony which you could see the beauty of other buildings in Lisbon.
Could have more staffs for a 5* hotel at the reception.

The staff (absolutely great)…outstanding services from Rafael from front desk. The breakfast and the cleanliness!!!! And of course the location!
Lack of some features in sauna (ladle) and in the bathroom (toilet brush).
