The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating to my requests, including an early check in and a late check out. It was well maintained and clean. The literary references are great.
There are a few steps in the lobby that are inconvenient for heavy luggage, strollers or wheelchairs.

Due to a booking error we were offered accommodation at Aurea Museum. Staff at Eurostars were very helpful to find a solution at a "sister" hotel, which turned out to be very comfortable, fabulous room, large bathroom and excellent breakfast, close to the city centre.
