The staff (absolutely great)…outstanding services from Rafael from front desk. The breakfast and the cleanliness!!!! And of course the location!

Very nice hotel. Our rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Recommended an excellent restaurant. It was my wife's birthday and they brought us champagne and dessert. A very nice touch. Parked for free right in front of the hotel. Had Nata there every day for a snack.

Everything , great location, breakfast was abundant, and the amenities were great. Easy to walk to restaurants and to the Main Square. Ubers were inexpensive and an easier way to get around than to use our car.
Parking was a little tricky, but once we figured out the system, it went well

The car service they ordered for us charged us €55 for a €15 ride
I asked them to order it for us since she said the cab they use is not going to take advantage of their guests

The driver said it is €55 because it is Sunday morning!!

Breakfast was excellent... great selection and very good quality
Welcome drink at the bar on our first evening was limited. I requested a gin and tonic, and was told it was not in the budget. I would suggest if you are going to offer 1 welcome drink it should be the customers choice, or not to offer one. I thought this was a little stingy.

Very clean room. Extremely friendly staff. There was always water and a "snack" available in the lobby. Location was close to "central area". Good breakfast cafe across the street.

The location was perfect. A coffee shop is located right outside of the hotel if you like different options. Hotel is near the square by walking. Clean, accommodating. Steamer in the room.
Room is not spacious, not much area to store.

the junior suite was spacious, seating area is separate, nice spacious bathroom. thee bed was huge.
the location is close to the mIn road, going to the street is downhill, but coming back is uphill. it's not too bad but keep that in kind when booking if you have knee problem.
