The hotel was convenient to everything; shopping district, restaurants, sites, tuktuk, and Rossio Christmas Market to name a few. Check out Copenhagen Coffee Lab right across the street, the coffee/tea and breakfast was our everyday start. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious with a huge step in tub (though not useful to us). The lobby had pasties de nata everyday with fresh fruit infused water and this was a nice treat
Only complaint was the shower leaked water seemingly from the wall and not the entry way

Best hotel of our 3 month trip in Europe! They treated us to a bottle of champagne and a dessert for my husbands 50th birthday! Totally unexpected!
The mattress was a little tired and probably could be changed out but certainly not the worst we’ve ever had.

Wonderful and very polite & warm hotel staff. Good quiet location - with some good restaurants with short waking distance. Very good breakfast spread though can get a little busy.
Shower water pressure a little too low.
