The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and polite, and always made us feel welcome. The breakfast was very enjoyable — although a bit repetitive, it offered everything we needed and would normally eat at home, with plenty of fresh fruits, berries, and delicious local pastries. The hotel gym was well equipped and had everything needed for a full-body workout. The location is not right in the city center, but that was exactly what we were looking for as a family with a small child. We really enjoyed walking to nearby places, including a pleasant 20-minute walk down to the promenade. During our stay, I celebrated my birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine, a small cake, sweets, and a lovely greeting from the hotel waiting for us in the room. It was a small gesture, but it made the experience feel very special and thoughtful.

The hotel was convenient to everything; shopping district, restaurants, sites, tuktuk, and Rossio Christmas Market to name a few. Check out Copenhagen Coffee Lab right across the street, the coffee/tea and breakfast was our everyday start. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious with a huge step in tub (though not useful to us). The lobby had pasties de nata everyday with fresh fruit infused water and this was a nice treat
Only complaint was the shower leaked water seemingly from the wall and not the entry way
