The property is in a great location with easy access into Lisbon. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. The views were outstanding. Great coffee shop around the corner and shops and restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and provided information on the immediate area and Lisbon. When traveling to Lisbon again, this will be the first place we check for availability.

The apartment was very spacious The location is great with good value local restaurants/bars and easy access to the various tourist destinations in Lisbon
The apartment is located at level 5, however, the lift only provides access to level 3. We knew this before booking, however, the 4 flights of stairs from level 3 to level 5 are quite steep and carrying luggage up/down them was quite tricky

We enjoyed 6 nights Apr/24 in this beautifully decorated, spacious, 2 floor apartment which has awesome views from the balcony and from all windows looking over the city and beyond. It had everything we needed and Jose, the host, was very responsive and kind. Excellent location for being close to trams and buses or walking into the core areas of Lisbon. Definitely recommend it!

Roberto was nice... He met met us at the flat and showed us the details
The flat was cold, old, somewhat dirty... The fridge stunk of old fish. There was mold in the bathroom... The elevator only went to the 3rd floor... The flat is on the 5th..not pleasant when you're with a stroller and bags with kids...
There were only 3 heaters for the whole place...
For the price of over 200 euro per night I would have expected more cleanliness and modernism.

The property worked really well for my extended family. We all enjoyed the spacious apartment . Jose was very helpful. Theres a good park nearby which was great for our toddler
It would have been better if the elevator went up to the 5th floor as we had a pram and an elderly person. However it didnt spoil our stay and it was worth it for the view!

Great location to public transportation. The views were wonderful. The host was very responsive and communicative. Nice small markets nearby for making meals at the flat.
If youre afraid of heights, please know its 6 floors up. No problem for me. But it took my husband a bit to get used to it.

The property is really comfortable and spacious. It has everything you could need, has amazing views and a lovely terrace. The owner was really helpful, responding to any communication promptly.
We were there in January and It got a bit cold in the evenings but there were plug-in heaters & blankets that you could use while sitting relaxing.

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious living room, and the rooftop is a perfect place to see the sunrise. I like the light shed on the wall. Jose is so kind and helpful.
The electric oven is small and takes long time to cook Chinese food. LOL

Lift/elevator does not reach the property floor. You can take it up three levels and still have to walk up an old staircase for the remaining two.

The apartment is at a great location with stunning views!!! Waking up every morning to the beautiful sunrise was amazing. The area has some great coffee spots and restaurants, we enjoyed trying those spots out based on the host recommendation. We are definitely going back in the future.

It's a beautiful apartment with a large floor and an attic, very bright, warm, welcoming, with a splendid view over the whole city. It is fully equipped and the spaces are large. There are some minor defects, but completely overshadowed by all the advantages of this location. The neighborhood is very nice, with the Basilica of Estrela a few meters away, the beautiful garden with peacocks (free) and the Ourique square a 10-minute walk away with its shops and restaurants. Nearby supermarkets, pastry shops and all the necessary shops: there are various bus and tram stops, including the 28E and 25E and you can go anywhere comfortably. Last but not least, the kindness and availability of Jos and Roberto. Absolutely to be recommended, for everyone, from families with children, to couples or friends. A beautiful stay in Lisbon.

The views are as amazing as people say they are in the reviews. Just walking past the window and looking over Lisbon is great. The terrace is also very nice. The apartment has a lot of space. Tram 28 practically stops in front of the door. There is a beautiful Basilica next to the apartment and a nice park.
The apartment has heating which is nice. However as is the case usually in southern European countries, the heating of the apartment is a bit improvised with electric heaters and such, so if you travel in winter, it is useful to bring warm clothes.
