Wonderful
it is near to a subway station and not far from Praça do Comércio. A church is nearby and each hour the bells are ringing. The rooms are modern and well maintained.
the noise from the street sometimes could be an issue for light sleepers" (at least in my room), but is not my case

The price was good. The accommodation has a 24 hour support. It was VERY clean. The bathroom was smaller, but state-of-the-art. Better than what the outside look suggested.
I expected that the room should be smaller than usual and the bed less comfy than usual. No elevator, but helpful staff.

I liked the location a lot! It was a great part of Lisbon, not isolated but not too crowded. It wasn't too loud at night but wasn't too long of a walk towards neighborhoods I wanted to visit like Alfama and Baixa.
When I walked into the room, it smelled awful. I still don't know what the smell was, but it was coming from the bathroom. It wasn't feces, I don't think it was urine either, but it smelled bad. I had to keep the window open and continuously spray perfume / hand sanitizer all over the room. Doing these things helped, but the smell never went away throughout all 4 days I was there.

Great value for the money and centrally located. The train to the airport and the tram to downtown are a block away. Nice, safe area. Next door is a great breakfast place and restaurants are nearby. It is a small, cute, three story, older building with only stairs but they will help you with your luggage if needed. The rooms have a private bathroom with comfortable beds and very clean. The staff are great and very helpful with recommendations and directions. They speak English and Spanish as well as Portuguese. We have stayed there twice.

Best location. 5 minutes from metro and train. Helpful and kind staff. Bright, airy room, comfortable bed, clean, all necessary toiletries. Daily cleaning rooms and changing towels. Markets and restaurants all around.
It's written that there was a kettle in the room, but there wasn't. Soon as I asked, they gave me, but unfortunately it was old and dirty, not possible to use.
It would be nice to replace shower head, as it very old.

Great value. 24 hour reception. Good location. Less than 5 minutes to metro. Restaurants nearby. Can walk to the center. The room size was OK. Plenty of room for clothes. There was maid service every day. There was a small kitchen with microwave, but no cooking possibilities. The kitchen was sometimes locked, and you have to ask reception to open it.
No lift, which can be a problem if you have heavy luggage. The bathroom was small, but still OK. Just a small sign on a piece of paper at the entrance of the hotel. But easy to find if you have the address. Parking looked to be difficult, if you have a car.
