We stayed at EPIC SANA Lisboa for 3 nights from December 29 to January 1. Overall, the hotel has many strong points, especially the breakfast, which was excellent every day with great variety and quality. The indoor pool was also very nice and relaxing.
The location of the hotel is very good and convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, and within walking distance of many places.
We were disappointed to find that the outdoor pool was advertised as heated, but this was not the case during our stay. This was quite misleading and affected our expectations. The room was generally good and comfortable, but there were a few minor issues. The shower curtain, which was supposed to work with key control, was not functioning properly. Also, noise from the neighboring room was very noticeable, especially when doors were opened and closed, as there was little sound insulation. Unfortunately, our room view was also quite poor, as we stayed on the 3rd floor facing a mostly blocked building.

Best buffet breakfast I have ever had. Big clean rooms, great atmosphere at the pool. The bar in the foyer provided a relaxing spot for a drink. Gym and sauna amazing!
Food is very expensive which is disappointing. Very small servings (room service) didn't align with the cost

The location is amazing, the pool is fantastic, and in general it just feels a little 'elevated' at Epic Sana in a way that didn't come through on the website or photos online alone!
My room's tv audio wasn't really working, and the water was running in the toilet at times. Small things as I didn't really use the TV much and could close the doors between the bathroom and room to not hear it.

Nuna Querido provided exceptional service assisting me in checking in early. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the entire hotel experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were impressed from the time we booked the hotel. The staff messaged us about pick up and arranged a driver to pick us up at the cruise terminal. Once we arrived they stored our luggage until the rooms were ready and transferred our luggage to the rooms. The concierge guest relations staff member provided a map of the city and gave wonderful recommendations of places to visit. I wish we would have had more time to stay and enjoy the pool, spa, and restaurant. The breakfast is amazing! They leave no stone unturned. We will definitely stay at EPIC SANA when we return to Lisboa.
I wish the roof top pool area stayed open a little longer. We arrived back at the hotel at 8 pm and the pool was closed. It wasn't a big deal though because the outdoor bar and lounge area downstairs was open.

The pool, room, bed in the room is very comfortable. I stayed there only one night and it was perfect to relax a bit before my flight
In the pool area there could be more cabanas, for example downstairs where are tables now. Otherwise everything was great

Good breakfast, good spa zone
So slow service, nobody meet you on the entrance of the hotel, delay with delivery luggage to the room more then 1 hour, room service is very slow too, delay with service in the restaurant.
