Very Good
Everything was excellent — the stay, the service, and the overall experience were great. The only downside was that the outdoor pool was not operating during our visit. Additionally, the indoor pool can only be used with children until 12 PM, which significantly limits the ability to plan the day and affects overall travel flexibility.

The room was big and equipped with everything necessary for my stay. The bath as well and well organized. The spa really relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast as well very abondant.

For five star I would’ve expected slightly more in terms of decor, facilities. Disappointed roof top bar not open or outdoor pool. Was not made aware beforehand.

It was very clean and comfortable. Amazing staff and breakfast and pool/spa is wonderful. Great proximity to metro station to get into town. Helpful staff on concierge and great staff at breakfast. The buffet was wonderful. Everything from pancakes to fresh honey to shots of gazpacho and all the hot food you could think of.

Breakfast had a wide variety of choice, although some food was not hot enough. Staff were super attentive, but not over bearing. Room was clean & comfortable. It was nice that a chocolate & macaron were left for our pleasure. Spa facilities were exceptional
Privacy in the bathroom!! It wouldn’t be a problem sharing with partner or spouse, but when sharing with a friend there could have been a bit more privacy in some rooms. No locker facilities in Spa for hotel guests!!. We used the gym then had to go back to room to change into spa wear.
