The breakfast was varied and the gym was good, although one of the treadmills was broken.
It’s far out of the city, but taxis come quickly.
The upstairs pool is really tacky, I booked for a relaxed rooftop vibe and it felt like a cheap beach club, overcrowded, bright coloured towels.
The room was basic and bathroom wasn’t particularly clean.
No option for a change of pillow firmness.
Not a five star experience.

Spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. Beds were super comfortable and the staff at reception were extremely polite and friendly.
The only slight critique is that there was often very few sun loungers available around the rooftop pool.

Really enjoyable stay at Epic SANA Lisboa. Fantastic facilities with the rooftop pool being a bonus (especially in the 34 degrees heat). Staff very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful when answering queries. Good selection of food at breakfast too.
Location is good with a 25 minute walk to Praça do Comércio. However due to the steep walk back to the hotel be prepared to use taxis / ubers where necessary (average uber price ranged from €3-€10).
All in all a fantastic 5 day trip and would thoroughly recommend. ☀️

Terrible experience. The hotel showed fake photos online.
The room we got was nothing like the pictures - smaller, dirty, no view.
You also overcharged us. Staff did not help at all.

Cleanliness, the smell, the staff, facilities and just the general feeling of the place, it’s classy. The selection of foods at breakfast was huge, everything tasted amazing. The Fire and Soul evening was brilliant too. Big shout out to Fabio in the Scale bar area. He was great and a very kind soul. The hotel should feel very proud and grateful to have a great team working for them. Small gestures like chocolates being brought to your room on a regular basis. I love this place. Wouldn’t ever hesitate to return for a third stay. An absolute gem.
The wait for a sun bed, but that is pretty much all I can grumble about.
