Everything except for the intermittent automatic curtains. Room was spacious and clean. The view of the Tagus River was great. The pool is next to our suite. The buffet was excellent and the staff was attentive.
The automatic curtain keeps malfunctioning but to the hotel’s credit we didn’t tell them it was broken until we were checking out

The breakfast buffet was top notch. It was so good, with so much fresh fruit and lots of variety. The rooftop pool was also very nice. They gave you afternoon chocolates each day. We were able to do a late checkout. Everything about it was wonderful

Hotel is excellent! All amenities are as described. The rooms are very cool, with excellent technology enhancements. Pools are wonderful. breakfast is excellent.
The location is not ideal for quick access to subway as it's up the hill. Not much around the hotel, but a short uber or patient walk gets you where you need to be.

Good location in the city. Comfortable bedding, beautiful views of Lisbon and the pool is a very nice touch (Need to arrive before it opens to secure a sunbed). Breakfast was substantial.
I’ve stayed at the other Epic Sana in Lisbon and this one is a very different hotel. Not as modern or updated. This one is very outdated with the brown furniture and carpet, rooms are a bit tired and bathroom could use an update. The towels were all very worn, ripped and very thin.

It’s a beautiful hotel the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed here 3,years ago and Rodrigo remembered me. Excellent customer service they are all concierges and helped me regarding my trip to Sintra. Monica was amazing. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and everything was wonderful.
Nothing except when I was having dinner at the hotel the door to outside was open and I smelled the cigarette smoke. The dinner was excellent x 2 nights and the staff were professional.

A bit far from central Lisbon. Uber/bolt or metro is required. Rooftop pool and bar could be open a bit later, closes at 7pm

Friendly staff, good sized rooms. Fabulous rooftop pool and spa Comfy beds I had an early flight on day of check out, the kitchen made me a breakfast box to take with me to the airport.
