We stayed at EPIC SANA Lisboa for 3 nights from December 29 to January 1. Overall, the hotel has many strong points, especially the breakfast, which was excellent every day with great variety and quality. The indoor pool was also very nice and relaxing. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, and within walking distance of many places.
We were disappointed to find that the outdoor pool was advertised as heated, but this was not the case during our stay. This was quite misleading and affected our expectations. The room was generally good and comfortable, but there were a few minor issues. The shower curtain, which was supposed to work with key control, was not functioning properly. Also, noise from the neighboring room was very noticeable, especially when doors were opened and closed, as there was little sound insulation. Unfortunately, our room view was also quite poor, as we stayed on the 3rd floor facing a mostly blocked building.

Stayed 1 night for our wedding anniversary and had dinner which was superb. They spoilt us with a glass of champagne and delicious dessert. We used the fabulous spa the next morning. Breakfast is out of this world delicious and abundant with no exaggeration.

My favourite hotel breakfast ever. Cappuccinos included at the weekend and also mimosas and a large variety of delicious and healthy food. Wonderful rooftop heated pool with fantastic view and bar which does great cocktails. Top quality room.

From the moment we checked in, the reception staff welcomed us warmly and were always ready to assist with any questions, especially restaurant recommendations in Lisbon — their advice was invaluable. We were delighted by thoughtful touches in our room, including a welcome letter, daily sweets, and a New Year cake with a beautiful personal message. Breakfast and bar service were excellent, with staff being kind, professional, and attentive. The entire hotel team was discreet yet exceptionally friendly, always smiling, creating a warm, almost family-like atmosphere. The hotel’s cleanliness was outstanding — truly exemplary. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for your exceptional hospitality. We will happily recommend your hotel and look forward to returning.
