Everything except for the intermittent automatic curtains. Room was spacious and clean. The view of the Tagus River was great. The pool is next to our suite. The buffet was excellent and the staff was attentive.
The automatic curtain keeps malfunctioning but to the hotel’s credit we didn’t tell them it was broken until we were checking out

Some hidden areas covered in dust that visitors don't usually notice (the edge of a picture frame on the wall, the top of the ledge on the ceiling, the tops of lamps).

Good location. Quite an extensive breakfast buffet selection and à la carte options. Great SPA facilities.
No proper WiFi or TV functioning in the bedroom. When reported the Staff said it was a known issue and they couldn’t do anything about it, quite disappointed specially in raining week that we wanted to enjoy the room and the TV. Room service was also hit and miss since some orders apparently didn’t go through and in others we got the wrong food. Being long time returning clients it’s disappointing to see prices going up and the quality of service going down.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional and catered for all tastes and was kept stocked and fresh for the whole service. The roof top pool was lovely and a great way to end the day. The indoor pool only allows families in the morning but also great.
The rooms are spacious and well appointed and serviced nicely each day.
The gym was a little old and one of the treadmills was out of order but was simply kitted out and functional
