We liked everything about the property.
For a 5 star hotel the room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink had yellowish build up in the sink, the shower had a black build up and the plastic was coming off of the door. There was a pink mark on the closet. Hotel should have a deep clean in the room once a week or every other week to maintain.

From the moment I booked online the hotel was most responsive to email requests. They arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel. We were greeted by the most friendly and courteous staff. Our room was ready early upon arrival and they could not have been more accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. Everything about the Epic Sana Lisboa is top quality. Highly recommend for a fabulous stay in Lisbon. Oh and the spa is delightful!

Everything was excellent staff very friendly constantly checking in, drink on arrival and knocks on the door for the sweat treat chocolate. Also being met at the taxi by the man at the door was such a nice touch and he was always friendly and happy
