Cleanliness, the smell, the staff, facilities and just the general feeling of the place, it’s classy. The selection of foods at breakfast was huge, everything tasted amazing. The Fire and Soul evening was brilliant too. Big shout out to Fabio in the Scale bar area. He was great and a very kind soul. The hotel should feel very proud and grateful to have a great team working for them. Small gestures like chocolates being brought to your room on a regular basis. I love this place. Wouldn’t ever hesitate to return for a third stay. An absolute gem.
The wait for a sun bed, but that is pretty much all I can grumble about.

Wonderful hotel, great service, fantastic breakfast, beautiful room, very comfortable bed - everything was great!
Had a room facing north: noise from the big streets just outside the hotel from early morning on.

The Rooftop is nice but maybe not as nice as the pictures. I would say 8/10 if you go by the pictures on booking. The rooftop is very nice though. Don’t get me wrong.

Honestly for the standard of hotel it is very good value for money and it is exceptionally clean and well ran.
If I had to pick any small issue it would be the location is a little difficult as it’s off a main road and a little distance from the centre but to be honest we loved the location being away from the main busy areas so we could enjoy the rooftop pool etc in peace.

Service was excellent, staff were helpful, efficient, warm, professional. I loved the spa and sauna. The outdoor pool area was nice too, and the breakfast was good. Room was nice too.
The pool area was often a bit too busy, and the outdoor pool is a bit too small to do laps. The cleaning of the rooms was not always great with little areas missed. And the spa would have benefitted greatly from a cold plunge. But overall, not a big deal, we enjoyed ourselves anyway!

Friendly staff. Room size and comfort. Valet parking. Awesome breakfast. Room service. Location is good.
Unfortunately one of the pools had too much chlorine in it and destroyed are swimming suits and irritated are eyes. Hopefully they rectified the problem.
