Really like staying at this hotel, have done on a few occasions.
It is clean tidy and relaxing. All the restaurant staff were dressed absolutely immaculately. With crisp clean white shirts. They were also extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and rooms very nice.

Epic stay at the Epic Sana :) Up there with one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Amazing staff, especially at the front desk; they even boxed up our breakfasts at 4:30 a.m. for our check-out for our early flight home. The spa was great, and the rooftop pool had amazing views. The rooms were 10/10 for comfort and cleanliness.
The only minor negatives we had were waiting for 3 of the rooms on check-in. It was at least 5 pm before all of our rooms were ready. We did bring this up with the front desk, and they did give us a voucher for the bar for a beer while we waited, which was a nice touch but one we had to suggest.
The only other minor issue was the price we were paid for 7 shots of 'baby Guinness', which they charged around 60 euros per shot. That is fine if that's the price, but the staff should let guests know when something is so overpriced.
*Oh a jacuzzi was missing from the spa or rooftop area too ;)

I and my daughter loved it. The staff are pleasant, helpful, and always smiling and willing to help. I love the ambience, not crowded, despite being a big hotel.
The food was also amazing, and prices are reasonable for a very centrally located hotel.
The breakfast buffet was top-notch
I will be visiting again when I am back in Lisbon.
I did not like the open/glass lifts to our room located on the top floor. This is just a personal- height thing. Nonetheless, once there, it was okay, and having the outdoor rooftop pool on the same floor was a bonus.
I think the beds could be made more comfy - I felt like Premier Inn has more comfy beds being a budget hotel than Epic Sana 5 star rating.

Beautiful hotel, facilities were excellent both pools were very lovely. Couldn’t fault the staff, very helpful!!
The location is set back from the old town but Is only about a 20 minute walk or a quick taxi away

Fast service, very efficient , very polite, high service to guest ratio, very good experience from hotel design to friendly service to little extras , to clean, light, modern, uplifting colours
The location was a little far out of the city so we had to take taxis and we couldn’t really pop out and then back and then out again. Once we were out we stayed out for multiple hours .

Everything except for the intermittent automatic curtains. Room was spacious and clean. The view of the Tagus River was great. The pool is next to our suite. The buffet was excellent and the staff was attentive.
The automatic curtain keeps malfunctioning but to the hotel’s credit we didn’t tell them it was broken until we were checking out
