Excellent location in the Alfama area of Lisbon. Beautiful view of the river. Lots of shopping, sights and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
The bed in our room was comfortable and we slept well but it was on a narrow platform which made it a little awkward.

Great location, close to everything; spacious room, perfect for a family of 4; we had a delayed flight and arrived after midnight but that was not a problem because all doors work with codes - so no stress to have somebody waiting for us. A lot of restaurants a few steps away both for breakfast and dinner.

Spacious suite, good bed, nice decorations, great location, definitely above expectations. Also the little details in the room like more than one towel per person, coffee and filters for the coffee machine made the difference. It really exceeded our expectations and the staff were so nice and responded to our questions at any hour.
It is a bit noisy from the street with restaurants downstairs however a good pair of earplugs would cancel that out. I am not deducting any score for that because i did read it in previous reviews and expected it. Also it really wasnt that bad- any European living in a capital city is probably used to street noise already.

Sound proofing was fantastic, well equipped kitchenette, great set up, lots of space to move around in the room and spread out a little. Great location in walking distance to lots of things to do and great view of the river!

I described this place to friends as the best parts of staying at an Airbnb (more space, home-y feel) combined with the best parts of staying in a hotel (cleaning, good service). I was very impressed with how clean it was, and I loved that they came to clean during our stay. The location is amazing in the old town, very convenient, but not too loud at night. (There is some minor noise from the restaurants below, but it was not nearly as loud as other places in the old town). It's across the street from a playground and a metro stop, and beyond that is the water! Tons of restaurants and sites to see nearby. The set up of the suite makes it very easy to prepare meals and they have all the supplies you might need to do that. The service was very good and they were quick to respond when we needed something. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
