The staff was super friendly. They sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and scheduled our drop off for the next morning. Marco customer service was excellent. Prior to our stay I was able to keep in touch with the staff via messaging through booking.com.

Poor breakfast in a very cold breakfastroom. Cold as in not cosy, not decorated, .. only saw one staff member who had no contact with customers. Very classic room, outdated bathroom, bed not comfortable, ..

The space had a bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds and an AC unit that worked well. The small shower has good water pressure and hot/cold temperature. Hairdryer available. Beds were very comfortable. Nice staff and reception desk/lobby, elevators to upper floors/levels.

The stuff was wonderful always trying to help in any way Location is very close to Metro station
