Amazing and budget friendly place in Lisbon :) The staff was friendly and welcoming. They helped with any question we had. Rooms, bathroom, kitchen were always clean. I encountered myself, the staff cleaning the bathroom a few times. The beds were comfortable, sheets clean. They also cleaned our room every morning which we were extremely thankful for. We were a group of friends, 8 girls and we felt very safe. Oh and can't forget the small but beautful balcony that the room has. The kitchen was big and very clean as well, it was leading to a beautiful staircase and terrace with a view over the city. The location was great as well. It's not quite the center but we were 15 minute walk from the main square. But the walk is through a beautiful park full of flea markets, which was a great start of the day. In general, it's an amazing place considering its price for a few day stay. Definetly would recommen! Made us love Lisbon even more.

It was superclean and the personnel at the reception was very friendly and helped me a lot on giving advice on public transport.
I had a private room, which was quite spaceous and also had a balcony.
In the communal kitches everything is very organised and clean. You can make use of all the kitchen facilities as long ad you clean your own stuff, afterwards ofcourse.
It was only a 20minute walk to the busy centre and also the metro is just a couple of metres away.

Wonderful
I like basically everything. Extremely good location, nice building (with an elevator), spotless premises, very convenient room. The staff is very kind and responsive; directions for self-check-in (I arrived late evening) were very clear. Highly recommend, and hope to stay in the place once again myself.
Have nothing to complain about.

I love the location and the fact that everything was very clean all the time.
But the owner, and the staff were extremely rude, considering the fact that I stayed multiple days, but I booked a different type of rooms. They didnt even let me stay in the same room until they finished cleaning. Thats what they said the room was cleaned the room was clean and the night before, and no one was in there, but they didnt let me move without paying extra because I was supposed to check out at 12 from my room and move to the other room at 3 pm. They made me pay for the three hours extra and they were very rude and they didnt speak in English. I told them I cant find the place because it was raining outside and there is constructions going on in front of the place and the sign is very small and I called them and they were laughing at me on the phone . I didnt speak in English and when I ask them the questions in Portuguese did you dont know the answer but they were all laughing at me, and then when I said I cant find a place, they were just laughing instead of actually trying to help me when I asked if they give if they can give me directions of buildings next to their building, they gave me the wrong directions so I stayed outside in the rain for like an hour trying to find them also the owner is very rude. Whats the point in someone booking multiple nights if you make them pay extra if they want to stay in the room between 12 and 3 pm. When I checked out I wanted to stay in the lobby until 3 pm, and they made me pay extra just to stay in the lobby, they said they wouldnt charge me only if I leave just like it is but I have to go outside. So I had to pay just to stay in the lobby and hang out in the lobby, which is the rudest thing I ever seen. Theyre just after the money, they dont treat suggests properly. The bathrooms are hideous. The showers are right on top of the toilets Ive never seen such a thing.

The staff is charming and everything is always clean. It's near to the center of the city and you can find near some good restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need. The toilets and the common areas are always super clean and tidy up.
Maybe the beds could be a bit more comfortable but it depends on your personal taste.

The place was very very clean
We could not open any windows, building work had been going on for over 8 months, we could not breathe in the bedroom because of no air and we could not open the doors to let air into the bedroom. The sink in the kitchen was rotten, we could not use the outside area because of construction, the fresh apples and bananas were rotten and not replaced, no air conditioning at all, and signs everywhere to say keep doors and windows closed. I spent 4 days without sleeping, the beds were very very uncomfortable.

the staff is extremely helpful My flight was delayed but I had no difficulties with check in late in the evening) Nice sitting area and a kitchen for common use

Great location, very close to the metro and the neighbourhood felt very safe! The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly and kind!
Everything was great, there was no air conditioning, but even though we stayed in early September it wasnt too hot at all.

Very clean, no problem with access to bathroom and shower.
Double room with bunk bed is quite terrible. Window is not to the open area and there is something like under constructuon so you have to rememebe that.
