Spacious room with an excellent location right in the old part of the city. We had a room fronting the street with a balcony which I would recommend. Small kitchenette with mini-mart close by combined with a coffee machine just rounded it off as an excellent choice. Dont be put off by street appearances.
Reception isnt 24 hrs but the staff were very helpful and pleasant. This is an Apartment hotel not a 5star hotel.

The location was perfect, and there was excellent soundproofing from traffic and street noise.
For the price paid I did not expect to have towels with holes, mould in the shower, and sheets too narrow they could not be tucked in. Then when you add having to put up with elephants continually stomping around upstairs at night, up to 12.45 on our last night, it was not a pleasant stay. I actually injured my left ear trying to push earplugs in too hard to try and get to sleep.

Location was great, staff nice with a nudge but very very noisy! Property comfortable
; bed great; nicely decorated daily housekeeping
Bathroom tiles weren't as clean as expected. Lights on a sensor system but off so we walked stairs in some darkness.

There was a reception desk with someone attending for a time. The hair dryer did not work and was replaced timely
The water was shut off around 7 pm. We contacted the host and were told it would come back on possibly at 11 PM. We received no further communication from the host after we inquired about bottled water or the possibility to relocating to another hotel.

Fabulous location, very quiet room even though we were in a very central location, access to a washing machine and dryer for free was such a bonus. Natalie in reception was excellent and provided great tips for where to eat, where to get a few groceries, how to catch the train to Santa.
There were a few loose tiles in the bathroom, but overall the room was really well appointed and met all our needs.
