The location is okish
The rooms are advertised as air conditioned. Well, that's not the case, it was too hot and they had a tiny weak fan that wasn't doing much.
The place is kinda deserted, nothing is going on and maintenance work everywhere, be ready to be woken up at 7 am by some construction work right out your window, which you had to keep open cuz no AC.

Great location, nice rooftop restaurant with good food
Pretty run down, the pool was a hot and a mess, the bathrooms were dirty and not frequently cleaned. All in all pretty run down from former glory, the kitchen equipment very disappointing with broken or dirty.

The best thing with this place is the LOCATION. Best area in Lisbon for restaurants etc.
It’s more of a hostel vibe than a hotel to be honest. And that echos other reviews here.
Pool was not clean - got better during our stay - but still not fresh. And it was more of a hot tub than a pool.
A few days we didn’t get any towels or toilet paper in our room - got fixed once we found the cleaners but still.

Great location, friendly staff and chill common areas.
Amenities in the room are a joke, a broken hair dryer, room is extremely hot we couldn’t sleep the first night as our fan was not working properly and when I asked for a second fan they didn’t have any resulting in a very uncomfortable stay in hot Lisbon. For the price you pay here you can stay literally anywhere else with an A/C.
