The bathroom in my dorm the shower blocked and overflowed into the bathroom and there was water everywhere it was clean enough but obviously all blocked with other people's hair kind of gross

Really well maintained hostel. Did not use the outdoor pool but the area looked nice. Plenty of secure lockers just remember to bring your own lock.
No service to leave bags for travellers who are not moving on from Lisbon later in the day. This is a necessity for a hostel one would assume.

Place is so cozy, friendly PPl, room was small but with the size that you need not same size as hotel room but not small that you feel like trapped, just the right good size, near by lot of activities in walking distance.
Just the bathroom of the private room smell weird, the small hill to the front room with bags is quite a challenge with no one to help.

It was in a central location and there was a 24/7 desk. You could leave your bags with them on the last day.
The construction work noise meant we slept very poorly (despite the bed being comfy) it also meant we didn't want to use the pool in the day. The breakfast seemed very expensive (€15pppd) so we didn't pay for it.

Excellent location in Cais do Sodré, just a short walk from tram 28, the Time Out Market, and many great restaurants. Lush greenery with a pleasant bohemian vibe and a small decorative pool. Nicely designed common areas. The Japanese restaurant Nao offers an appealing sushi menu.
Clearly a hostel, not a hotel. Loud music until 12:30 a.m., then construction noise from 8 a.m. (drills, grinders) and loud music again in the common areas from 9:20 a.m. Walls are paper thin… you can hear everything (neighbors, doors, hallways, even planes). Tiny room (2x4m), no air conditioning or TV, small curtain not blackout, squeaky bed, no hand soap or courtesy products. Poor value for money (€95 without breakfast). Construction works inside the hotel and in an adjacent wing under renovation. Misleading photos rooms lack the charm shown online.

Disappointing
Location was perfect and the staff was nice and kind. Coworking area was good.
Single room was located that it was 24/7 noisy and loud. It was clean but sooooo used already. The Private bathroom as well. Clean but still disgusting in a way…

Wonderful
The staff were all very friendly and I really liked the space. The co working space was good too! I would be happy to stay here again when I come back for work.
I needed to leave early and so missed breakfast most days. Would've liked a kettle in the room to make a hot drink earlier but it wasn't a big deal
