The location is good and the facilities are cool
It was suuuper loud. At 8am started construction in the hall that was very loud. Walls are quite thin so you can hear the people talking on the terrace or corridor

Disappointing
Good location in the city center
Nervous staff, stressed and slow, unorganized. Lights in the room were not working and were not fixed after complaint. Breakfast is too small and there is not much choice + there were complications with organizing breakfast box

What you expect from a Selina, good looking and a nice location
No effort to let people connect, meeting lots of people in city hostels is less common in general as well. Also, to use the workspace, you had to pay an extra 10euro a day..

The location in the city was good, you can find everything nearby. Quite a lot of places for coworking
Not very pleasant staff, no communication with hostel visitors
We had a room for 8 people. And the bathroom is right in the room. That is, one toilet with a shower. And for example, when the room is full, there is a queue to go to the bathroom

Nice super spacious deluxe twin room with a view over the city. Quietly on the 4th floor, although the little people on the hallway you could hear very well (not at night) and the rooftop bar, next to our room, was closed when we where there since it was off season. The location is in really nice area walking distance from the city centre. Keep in mind its a uphill hike.
The restaurant, which is not part of the hotel but in the same building and serving their breakfast is not so good. We took a salad and a soup and it was very basic for that price. Didn't take the breakfast sice there are so many better options in the area.

Pleasant
The location is perfect, the beds are comfy even for long stays! Very clean showers
I have stayed in 3 different beds and by every bed, the sockets were really loose and the usb ports barely worked. Maybe 2 out of 4 would work, the last one only had one working. The coworking space is nice, but firstly, even though there is a door with which you could enter directly from the inside of the building, it is locked, so you have to walk around, outside, which is very annoying especially when it’s raining and secondly, it opens at 7am but at 8:30 staff is still cleaning/vacuuming when people already have calls. The kitchen table is glass glued on wood and in the space between you can see all kind of bugs crawling around

Really good location, easy to get around or to a train station with tram/metro links. Near to the Time Out market for food and other great bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
It was quirkily decorated, with communal kitchen areas, a restaurant/bar area and lounge areas which doubled up as working spaces. There was ‘trendy vibe’ about the place, with lots of backpackers and people from all over mingling.
Reasonably priced.
Our room was an odd shape and there was really limited storage - we only had one open wardrobe ( like a temporary one with no drawers).
The bathroom was quite small - especially the shower which was a little cubicle. They definitely could have used some mould and mildew remover in there!
There was no air conditioning, but a fan was supplied and there were 2 windows in our room. The windows were the multiple open style ones (push the handle one way and it opens at the top, turn it another and it opens like a door) and we were on the fourth floor. The windows opened all the way like a door with a sheer drop to the street underneath - not especially safe and definitely not recommended for families with younger children.
The curtains over the windows also wouldn’t draw back properly, meaning the window got caught on them.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been nice, however on the day we were checking out a mass delivery of nespresso machines arrived so this may have been something they were upgrading.
The outdoor areas really needed some love, especially the swimming pool area - a good clean down and spruce up.

Breakfast was below average
