Wonderful
Everything was excellent—no complaints at all. All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially with children. The city centre is easily accessible on foot, or just a short Uber ride away if you prefer to rest your feet.

The shower was amazing! Great water pressure and temperature of the water... nice and hot! It would be better if there was a full sliding door on the shower so that the water doesn't spray out onto the floor.
The location was fine. It would be better to be closer to downtown, but we used Bolt to get around when needed

The spa not all working. Quite a walk into the city but luckily we like walking. There is a bus and tram and cabs though.

The rooms were outdated. The shower was not working properly. Overall, not 5 star property I had imagined so we checked out after 1st night. If you are looking for modern rooms, you should look for better hotels

Very nice and sunny rooms, comfortable, nice beds, clean with very good houskeeping. Great breakfast, not crowded, good quality Hotel is in walking distance to the main sights, hop on hop off buses can be reached easily, shopping center across the street
nothing specific, we spend a very good time in Lissabon and the hotel. Just one request, maybe it would be beneficial if there is an operating instruction (quick guide) for the air condition in the room (mine was set on Chinese which was a little bit a challenge)

Excellent stuff, excellent location for my taste, hotel will need some renovations soon but the quality of towels, sheets and pillows are amazing, restaurant is decent, rooms are spacious, business center is nice, internet is fast.

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had (and I have stayed in many hotels). The whole hotel was beyond spotlessly clean, the room was large and spacious and had everything I could possibly need, including an amazing 18th floor view of Lisbon! The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were great and the VIP lounge was very spacious, tranquil and comfortable. The staff were polite, and very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
