Rooms nicely presented and stylish with comfortable large beds, great pillows and sheets
Slightly chaotic breakfast. Tables not always cleared and ready for the next customer, missing crockery such as glasses for the orange juice and very slow getting served with coffee. The coffee was then cold and watered down. Best invest in coffee machines. Nespresso machines in the rooms not easy to use and somewhat unpredictable leading to water spilling onto the table.

Disappointing
The room view on 15 floor.
The false advertising of an indoor swimming pool, which this was the reason we chose this hotel. The pool is a strictly no swimming spa pool and we were told off for swimming by the attendant. Air con was unresponsive and we had one day a chilly room and two rather warm ones.

Clean rooms, comfy bed with pillow menu. Breakfast was not too bad.
No “do not disturb” tag to hang on the door so housekeeping would just knock and open the door half a second later. I found that disturbing. Breakfast staff couldn’t speak English. At the very least they should be able to communicate in the most commonly used language in the world considering the influx of tourists. Expensive room rates. More expensive than a 4 star hotel in Scandinavia and that says a lot. Tips are added on to your bill without your consent. I found that also disturbing. They offered to remove it off the bill after being caught red handed. Apparently a common tactic used as a tourist trap.

wonderful hotel with great facilities, short cab ride into town but I chose to stay here because of the spa and car parking. Hotel Bar was great , bar tender knew his Gins and how to make them. Professional staff everywhere you look.

Nice large room with two queen beds, big bathroom, nicely appointed.
The electrical outlets in the bathroom dont work and the pool was closed when it was supposed to be open.
