The apartment is beautifully set out and has lots of space, the pictures don't fully do it justice. It had everything we could need for our stay with 2 young children and my parents and the additional touches of fresh fruit and coffee pods made us feel like home. Nathalie was so helpful and attentive when we arrived and easily arranged a taxi transfer for us as well as recommending restaurants. We were also able to leave our luggage before checkin which was a great bonus. We would definitely come back if ever visiting Lisbon again.
I couldn't fault anything.

Natalie was so accommodating, she helped us find a Doctor when my wife fell ill. She made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of tips and great Restaurants to go to.

The Apartment was very comfy and clean. Nearby were many restaurants and the location was perfect to explore the city. Nathalie was really welcoming and we even could check in earlier which was really helpful. She recommended us many good restaurants and gave us many tips. We would definitely recommend this airbnb as it was one of the best we ever had.

Beautiful modern apartment. Nice terrace with view. Close to shops and public transport. The owner Nathalie was very friendly and helpful all the time.
Some steps from the elevator but we could leave the stroller in the basement which was helpful. Wooden floor in the apartment so you can hear some steps from upstairs. But not a big deal as we were out the whole day:)

Location was good not in the middle of noisy bar restaurant scene but great local places to eat if you wanted to stay near home Natalie was always available to answer any questions, she arranged for a taxi van to pick us up at airport with lots of luggage the van was a big plus.
The apt is very large and so very clean
You can hear a bit of walking of people above but to be expected in an apt

Amazing decor and set up on the ground floor of an old apartment building, but fully renovated and fresh. All equipment that you may imagine. Easy to get to in a taxi and walking distance from the bus or tourist areas.
Everything was clean and we felt really safe and comfortable.
Easy access thanks to electronically coded doors.
Although charming and very decorative , the squeaky wooden floors might be noisy for the cohabitants or neighbours.
Did not like the Nespresso machine due to plastic capsules used, I would recommend a more ecological choice.

The room is very nice decoration, we really love the garden which under the room and you can access it easily. The bedroom is well prepare and suitable for family and also friends. They provide all kitchen equipment and very good welcome fruits

Nathalie was a lovely host. She was there to meet us, and instruct us on the property. She answered all our questions, & gave us helpful suggestions of nearby restaurants, and market. She was very prompt in responding to our questions, etc. We only stayed one night, our last night in Portugal before our long plane ride home, and it was a comfortable night. We appreciated the AC in each room, and 2 bathrooms. We did not get to use the beautiful garden below.
The beautiful wooden floors were a bit noisy, but did not interrupt our sleep, as other tenants respected the posted quiet hours.

The apartment was very clean and had modern yet warm decor which was pleasing. The location was good- close enough to walk to many historic sites but far enough away from them to get a good night's sleep.

The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean, and in a good location. It was just far enough away from the most chaotic tourist areas but close enough to walk everywhere. There were two bathrooms in our unit, one was attached to one of the bedrooms. Perfect for our group of four. Nathalie and Ana were excellent hosts and Hugo was a great driver!! Highly recommend!!
