Worst night I have ever spent in a hotel/hostel. After sleeping one hour I woke up with itchy bites on my skin. I found several bedbugs crawling on the wall and in my bed. There was no one at reception in the night so there was nothing I could do. After a horrible night I told the staff the next morning what happend. They told me I will be refunded, and to send an email because the manager was not there that day. I have sent several emails and messages but no reply. the room was 70 which is ridiculous already for this place, and also since I barely slept and had to deal with bedbugs that ruined my holiday. Very much regret spending a night here. still waiting for my refund...

The communication when getting to the hostel
There was and probably still is a BED BUG INFESTATION and they seemed to know about it.
There wasn't any night staff on duty and the staff member I got hold of didn't know what to do. I tried calling and messaging the manager and he answer. The next day he was hostile when I asked for a refund. Asked why I didn't call him before, when I said I had he still refused to give a full refund. He eventually agreed to a 75% refund but during our conversation he brought up the fact he was selling the place soon which makes me think he doesn't really care about the place.
I'm still waiting for the rest of the refund as he's only given me part of what he promised and he blamed booking.com

The rooms and facilities were clean and spacious.
There is a terrace to hang out and smoke area.
Location of the hostel is great. The bus and metro station are close. The supermarket and the mall are close too.
They didn't change the trash bag in our room so we had to do it. And we were there for 5 nights. They give only one key for the room even though is a 3 beds room.
There is only one bathroom on each floor and a lot of people use it.
