One of the loveliest and best-value hotels I've ever stayed in. So stylish and hospitable! The staff was so personable and helpful, writing us little notes every day. AMAZING breakfasts -- different and varied every day -- and coffee made for us whenever we asked. Great location, great showers, a free upgrade -- I loved everything about this hotel!

Unseen from the street, inside a very nice B&B with a beatiful foyer, kind people behind the desk and cosy rooms. Breakfast was pleasant and service impeccable.

Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast was also great. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Location was outstanding. Could easily walk to most local attractions. Will definitely attempt to book this hotel again.
Was a bit pricy at the time, but understandable given the great location.

The breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect for us. Easy walking to sites of interest and shopping. Great restaurants along Green Street - only 5 minute walk.

Convenient location, friendly staff, very good breakfast, good restaurants and coffee shops close to the hotel. The stop for Tram 28 and buses is right next to the entrance of the hotel.
The building has 3 floors but the elevator only goes up to the 2nd floor.

This was my second stay. Our first stay when we arrived in Lisbon was so exceptional that we cancelled the reservation we had at a different hotel for our return in order to go back. Most wonderful was the exceptional staff and the breakfast. It was also nice to have a lounge to hang out in and the location was great -- a bit out of the tourist chaos but still very convenient.

I loved my stay at Dear Lisbon Gallery House—the hotel was beautiful, the location perfect, and the breakfast amazing. The staff, especially Samuel, Tessa, Lucio, and Januka, made the experience unforgettable with their kindness and hospitality.
We loved everything, the only thing maybe to that the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage upstairs

Attentive, welcoming and professional staff. Big kudos to Tessa who shared several tips during my visit and was very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and quiet, although I would choose a room on a higher floor next time. Excellent location on a street of antiquities and design shops, located in a charming neighborhood with lots of fantastic cafes and restaurants that felt tucked away from the majority of tourists.

I loved the whole vibe of this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and were always available to answer any questions. Nicely decorated and I loved my room with the French doors facing the street.
I found it odd that there was no hand soap by the sink. There was soap in the shower but it was attached to a wall . When I asked at the front desk they said the supplier couldn't get any right now. I bought my own bar at the supermarket next door to use while there. Just found it odd that they maybe they could have just ordered some from somewhere else or buy some at a store as a temporary solution.
