From the moment I arrived, I was very well looked after by the staff, who were all very attentive and polite.
The location is perfect, you can do everything on foot, close to several restaurants and tourist attractions.
The breakfast is impeccable and the accommodation very comfortable, prepared with great care. It really was a wonderful stay

Eclectic artsy feel, so well decorated and in the heart of a unique neighborhood with great antique stores and restaurants, yet only a short walk to the tourist center. Staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. A great stay all around.
It was perfect! I had a street front window by request. If you like it very quiet then may not be the choice for you but if you come to Lisbon its worth hearing and watching the cable cars go by.

The glass door between lobby and dinning area cuases a huge risk. During my stay, I bumpped to the glass door and got injury in my nose, my tooth and my upper lip. When I was bleeding, the staff took me to the chair next to the entrance where everybody could ''watch'' me. No sense of privacy nor protection at all.

The hotel was beautiful, as soon as we arrived we were very well looked after, particularly by Joao who sorted us out with a very nice room. We slept very well and everyone looked after us very well. Definitely recommend staying here for an affordable comfortable and very well located stay in Lisbon.

It was in a good location and close to the center.
Eating and drinking inside of the hotel is forbidden which is super weird
You can not even get take out food (even eating it in the lounge area in hotel ) you can not get room service!
This place is more like a Airbnb that a hotel. But even in Airbnb you have more comfort and freedom!
Rooms are very dark the only lights is the side bed lights and the closet light which for us didnt even work properly. So if you decide to stay couple of hours inside of your room you feel really down cause its dark.
Breakfast was not good quality. Very limited options.
No gluten free options. Not good variation of foods.
I stayed even in a 3star hotel and they had much better service.

The location just a short walk from Bairro Alto and Santos, nestled right by Parliament and 5 minutes away from beautiful Estrela/Campo de Ourique was glorious. Loved the sound of the tram passing by. Easy to walk everywhere (but it's hilly in every direction). Lots of restaurants around. The hotel's design is absolutely lovely, and if you stay in one of the top floor rooms, you'll even have a little rooftop walk-out space!
A bit of a funky/stale smell on the stairwell.
