Wonderful, peaceful property in one of the best locations in Lisbon. Right at the edge of everything. Lovely rooms, wonderful breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, large room size, cooling air con, yummy breakfast and amazing customer service! There’s also a tram stop directly outside the hotel a grocery store a few doors down and many places to eat nearby!

The hotel staff is exceptional and welcoming. The location is great. The room wad very quite.
I feel the value for money was not proportional. For example, breakfast, coffee quality, and other facilities that make the difference. Also the interior design of the room was a bit challenging.

Clean and cute. Cosy.
I’m not a fan of carpet in rooms. Doesn’t seem very sanitary to me. No Kleenex in the rooms. Hard to control the temp in the room.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast had a good selection. It was a great location - easy to walk from and lively but not in a very loud, over crowded area. There is a tram that stops right outside of the hotel and had no trouble getting an uber to pick up right in front of the hotel. The room was perfect for our travels, the balcony was a great bonus.
The TV didn't work well in our room, the staff tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. Overall our room was a little more run down then expected, wall paper falling off the walls, but it was still very clean.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, location was central but on a very quiet and safe street, grocery store nearby, breakfast was delicious - I like that they had new options every morning, comfy bed, roomy
