Everything . The front desk staff was very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the property is in a perfect spot. You can walk , take the tram or bolt. There are many restaurants around and attractions. My room was beautiful with a view of the pool.

This really is a charming place to stay at. From beginning to end, this stay was exceptional.
Located in a side street, it’s very calm, but you’re a walking distance from plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The place is stunning, we even got a free upgrade to a room that was beautiful, spacious, and very comfy.

We had such a brilliant stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of São Bento with its amazing bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from Bairro Alto and Baixa. The staff were absolute legends, being incredibly helpful and giving us the best tips for dinner and sightseeing. Since it was January, we didn't get to try out the pool, but the breakfast more than made up for it with so much variety and top-notch quality. Plus, having a boiler in the room for a quick coffee or tea was a lovely touch. We’d definitely stay here again!

It is truly charming. This is the warmest friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. They are this hotels core strength. Location is good and rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast also.
Better pillows would be a plus.

I had a fantastic stay here during a spontaneous getaway to Lisbon. Originally I planned to stay two nights but extended my stay to five. I felt so at home — the rooms were quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the common areas were cosy and warm, and the staff was the absolute best. Rafael and Catiele gave me great tips for places to eat and visit, and we also just chatted and got to know each other during my stay. The other staff members were also very lovely, kind and attentive. Finally, the neighborhood is a bit out of the main tourist areas (though still full of life), so it was completely quiet at night while still accessible to anywhere I wanted to go.

The location was ideal to explore the city. The staff were warm and friendly. I appreciated all the little touches including recommendations and small treats. The smell of the room was amazing. Next time I am in Lisbon, I will stay here again.

Most drivers won't take you to the door if the narrow alle not really accessible for everyone wirh mobility challenges. There were some fighting issues in our room, but thr staff was able to quickly resolve it.

Tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in with little space to open a suitcase, let alone two! Hopefully other rooms are bigger. Also it’s a little off the beaten path so expect to walk a lot!

This property is perfectly situated to see all the popular sights of Lisbon. The staff were so welcoming, gave great recommendations and were helpful in planning excursions. The rooms were lovely. Little touches like daily recommendations in the rooms and hand written notes the day before departure is what set this place apart from so many other hotels.
