Wonderful
Great location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Very pretty courtyard. The welcome drink and pastel de nata was a lovely addition - and the 5pm drinks were also a fabulous surprise.
The aircon wasn’t cold or powerful enough to sleep comfortably. Somewhere to grab a coffee or drink would be a bonus!

The property is quaint and charming loved it. The staff was exceptional very friendly and helpful with attending to our needs. They made several suggestions as where to eat and helped us with directions. The breakfast was next level … it is a must stay when in Lisbon. Thank you again Dear Lisbon Charming House

Staff were extremely kind and helpful.
Our room and bathroom were a good size, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was just right, and the usual foods you have at a buffet breakfast.
The hotel's location was good.
Whilst the rooms were clean and in good condition, the stairs and landing areas could do with a fresh coat of paint and new carpet.
The location is good but i would advise trying to get transport as near to the hotel location as you can, as trying to get a suitcase across the pavements was difficult

The location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants and easy access to the neighborhoods of interest.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. I felt like they truly cared about our stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The space was comfortable and the rooms were everything we needed.

THE HOTEL IS ON VERY NEROW ALLEY WITH A VERY DIFICULT TO DIVE IN AND WAS SEVERAL GARBAGE CONTEINERS ON THE ENTRANCE OF THE STREET IN FRONT HOTEL, VERY DIFICULT STONE STREET TO WALK AND STREIT STREET ALMOST COULD NOT FIT THE CAR AND THE HILL IS VERY DIFICULT TO GO UP STREET.

We loved how relaxed it was. The decor is fab. The staff cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is gorgeous. The unexpected add ons was such a nice touch ie happy hour where you can help yourself to a glass of wine & snacks. The welcome drink.

Very stylish and in a great location.
The breakfast was excellent.
Plug sockets not in best place for charging devices or using the coffee machine.
Room felt small with bed close to the eves.
Pool looked inviting but was busy on first day so we never got to use it.

All staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing! And the pool / outdoor area is lovely also. Nice perks such as free wine at 5pm and little tokens & recommendations left in your room. Housekeeping were great too.
The room was perfect for us as we didn’t need to spent lots of time there but it is quite a small space if you are looking to relax more in the room. The location was a perfect trade off for us as it was so central to everything.

Charming! Clean, comfortable and friendly. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing (something for everyone). It is in a great location, but be prepared for lots of hills.
I had no hot water on my first night and it would have been handy to have a full length mirror in the room
