The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. It’s close to many restaurants, bars, and cafes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nice. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, cozy property with lots great communal spaces to meet/socialize with other travelers. The breakfast was excellent as well - great options, changed daily, and delicious.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing on our taste with a lot of healthy and quality products. The location was good, 10-15 min to center and the bed was confortable.
We received a room at the mansard of the building and the room was too small for me because the oblique walls and I hit my head because of that many times

A lovely, charming hotel, very comfortable, especially since there are not many rooms, which makes it feel intimate and peaceful.
The inner courtyard with the pool is incredibly cozy and inviting.
I would also like to give special thanks to the staff, they are unbelievably kind, friendly, and truly wonderful people.
And the handwritten cards will stay in our memories for a long time, such a small detail, yet so meaningful and valuable

Impossible not to feel at home. Everything is superb. The room, the views; the breakfast; the cosy environment; value for money; the localization - but what really makes the difference is the staff. The staff makes me state without any hesitation: the best hotel in Lisbon. I'm coming back!

Everything . The front desk staff was very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the property is in a perfect spot. You can walk , take the tram or bolt. There are many restaurants around and attractions. My room was beautiful with a view of the pool.

Charming by name charming by nature... Being a 'bloke' travelling alone, I wasn't sure about the name but 'what's in a name'... In this instance it sums up perfectly what to expect. Tardis like as may locations are, from an unpromising exterior approach, it opens up into a delightful interior, full of charm and extremely clean and cared for... Getting in and out of the place was a bit of a challenge (for me), but there was always someone about to make sure I did... Top stuff... Breakfast was very good, all staff excellent and the property had its very own quirkiness (charm) as well as a swimming pool.
The location is a fair stretch from uptown metro, though there is a tram that trundles up and down the steepish hill... Local bars and restaurants are not obvious but if/when you find them are perfectly good....

Located in a side street, it’s very calm, but you’re a walking distance from plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
